Melinda helped me with my honeymoon cruise to Hawaii - and even helped me set up a cool honeymoon registry where my wedding guests were able to buy me excursions that I was able to use on my trip. I couldn't imagine a better way to connect with our wedding guests - them providing us with the funds to make lasting memories of surfing lessons and volcano tours that we were able to share with them when we came back! I even unfortunately had to use my travel insurance on a recent trip and Katie helped me through the whole process, coordinating with the insurance provider to make sure I had all of the details and forms for an quick and easy claim. Trust me, when you have the troubles that cause you to use your travel insurance, having a nice and helpful voice on the line to take care of wrapping up insurance claims is a dream! :) I will always work with the team at Travel Central for great trip ideas and easy planning.

Overall we had a wonderful time on our thanksgiving cruise. The staff were super amazing. They were…read morealways available for anything we needed. Our stateroom attendant Harold went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had a piece of luggage not show up and he tracked it down and delivered it for us. I needed an extension cord for my CPAP machine and we needed extra pillows and they turned up quickly on the first night. Our room as always cleaned and ready when we returned twice a day. He remembered our names and called us by them every time he saw us. The room was great. Much bigger than expected. We had ample room to enjoy time in our cabin. The Tv service was much better than on our last cruise and actually had a few shows we really enjoyed watching. While there were a lot of children on the ship, this did not detract from our experience. There were still plenty of fun things to do for those not traveling with kids. The staff in the main dining room for dinner were great. Regan and Angela went above and beyond to meet our needs. I'm a picky eater and regularly chose from the vegetarian and vegan option. Even when Regan was unsure he found what we asked for. The menu was diverse enough to have something for everyone. The windjammer was a nice alternative. We used it for breakfast, lunch and sometimes to supplement our dinner. We were able to find food everyone could enjoy. The staff were pleasant and worked to meet our needs. Joy was a delight to see each day as we entered the windjammer. She always made us smile and made us and others feel special. We had a wonderful experience in the speciality restaurants. The food was plentiful and tasted great. The service was superb. The shows each evening were ok. The comedian just wasn't terribly funny. :-/ But we really enjoyed the live music around the ship. Arrival and departure was super easy and staff were at key points to help us know what to do and where to go next. We really enjoyed ourselves. We have adopted RC as our cruise line and cruise out of Galveston primarily and New Orleans as a back up. We'd like to see different ports of call options. Even if they were in the US. More options would have us coming back sooner. We will look at an alternative vacation next because we want to do something different. If there were new ports, cruising would be high on our list for sure. Overall great job RC and staff!!!

I just couldn't make vacation planning happen with everything else I had going on, which saddened me. NO ONE plans a better vacation than me. Or so I thought. After resigning to the possibility that this trip would be a crowd-packed, expensive, cookie-cutter trip, we arrived to Puerto Vallarta greeted by VIP service from the airport and a glass of champagne. The indulgences only got better from there. We had massages on the beach, went scuba diving, zip lining, ate at the best restaurants, ordered the best room service, enjoyed our honeymoon suite with a jacuzzi on the balcony overlooking the ocean... I could go on and on. I gave them what I thought was an average budget, and somehow they came out with a trip of a lifetime. And I didn't even lift a finger. I now consider resigning to use this company for my trip a blessing, and I look forward to seeing what they come up with next time. I would highly recommend them!

The luxury van was very spacious and comfortable, he gave us a detailed run down of what the day included, provided bottled water throughout the entire duration, took us on a more scenic exciting drive to the plantation/swamp and he also told us a lot of information about New Orleans culture, history, wildlife, and customs. It was amazing how well he knew his hometown. We were very impressed! He really made us feel welcomed, and I hope to do another tour with his company if we're ever in the area again. Don't forget to get his input list of the best restaurants to try in the area!

They accommodated us with no hesitation at all- it cost $100, I think it would have been less expensive if I had booked beforehand. Why I think this was better than the normal port parking: 1. Smaller so less fight. 2. No lines or waiting. 3. Very friendly. 4. Help with our bags and transportation to the port. 5. Very clear instructions on how to navigate the port. 6. When we returned the car was brought to us and they opened the door and loaded our luggage. Keep in mind the following: they speak with pretty heavy South American accents, and/but (depending on your perspective) they speak very loudly. We joked that all the instructions were loud and clear. But honestly; it was great bc we had very detailed information and were at no point confused. It doesn't look "nice" on the outside, so you bring your car to a weird gate that might've been questionable but honestly it seemed like our car was MUCH SAFER because jt was a locked and monitored facility. we will likely book a tour with them the next time we are in NOLA. great experience.

Algiers Ferry Terminal is the place you go to grab the ferry to travel across the river to NOLA…read more Really, what can you say about the terminal? It is well designed and it does its job very well. It is clean and it is very well maintained. What you should expect when you walk the gangplank towards the boat is that the guard who is stationed there will ask to check your backpack, if you are wearing one. No big deal. It's a quick check. I get it. You don't want anyone to bring a bomb, or anything like that, on board. The best way to get your ticket for the ferry is online and show it to the staff member via your phone. They have everything from one day to long term passes. I believe the best way to do, if you are not a local, is to get the Jazzy Pass. Then, you can buy it for one or however many days you will be in New Orleans. Overall, this is an easy way to get across the river. The staff are all nice. They do their job very well. And, you should have nothing to complain about.
