The place was clean and room service was done daily with new towels and cleaning. The continental breakfast is great. We enjoy it and the coffee was very good. The front desk staff needs improvement specially the night time ones. We do recommend.

Everything was nicely laid with little café dining area, a spacious buffet/dining room area and across the hall an an overflow area where they do high tea services before dinner service. The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was well appointed and also had a bidet. The service staff and concierge were phenomenal. They were able to accommodate us for a dinner and tango package for much less than what the cruise line was offering. The area around the hotel is well lit at night with lots of small shops and nice dining restaurants within walking distance. We felt very safe walking in this area and if I were to ever return to Buenos Aires, I would stay here again.

What a fun spot! We actually stayed here twice, the two bookends of our trip. It was great to be…read moreexcited to go back the second time. The hotel is located in a great walkable neighborhood. They also had bikes we could rent to explore the city - we took advantage of that on our first day there. There aren't many rooms so it was pretty quiet and we didn't bump into other guests often. The rooms were a good size and they were very clean. I like the bathroom a lot. It had a cool shower with sky light. It also had the toilet in its own little room which was convenient for us as newlyweds on our honeymoon. The room also has a quaint balcony off the rooms with a patio and chairs and a little table. There is also a larger patio on the top floor with some lounge chairs and a hot tub which I was very excited about. The hot tub was initially cold but the staff worked hard to get it heated up so my husband and I could have a fun night chatting under the stars.

We had sent a message about a week before our arrival to arrange a ride from the airport but didn't get a response. Turns out the shuttle is a transfer that they arrange. Some confusion here with Expedia site verbiage-regardless, we did take the transfer (shuttle?) from a Taxi company that was reasonably priced given over an hour ride from the airport to the Palermo neighborhood. Our Room with a Terrace was ready despite us arriving around 9 am. They did let us check-in but with a fee of close to $100. We were tired (after 12 hours of travel) and paid but thought it was steep for a 6 hours early check-in. Our room was nice with a King Size Bed and inviting Terrace area. Mini Bar/Fridge and safe were available along with rainfall shower. Breakfast was included and had a few pastry and meat/cheese options. The Omelette and scrambled eggs to order option stole the show though. The roof top deck was spacious with a good amount of lounge chairs and had some nice views of the city. The pool is small and more for lounging vs swimming. Unfortunately, the pool was dark/green with what looked like algae-(possibly due to some high temperatures before we arrived) I did report it. Staff was very helpful and engaged-extra star for the service. They helped us schedule a Tango show which didn't disappoint as well provided area restaurant/sites recommendations . Faustine, Sofia and Delfina took great care of us! Security was also in place as only Hotel guests with room keys could enter-non-guests had to be buzzed in. They have a Loft/apartment style sister location across the street.

You get asked to sit down like you're meeting with your agent and not some stiff guy behind the desk! There are only a few rooms per floor, so getting an elevator is never an issue. The beds were comfy, the towels were very fluffy and spa like! The bathroom is a bit tight, so that's why I knocked off a few points (have to sit sideways on the toilet). The pool is not a swimming pool, but more like a sit in and chill and have a cocktail, which suited me just fine! It was a very lovely lounge area! It's on the 6th floor and towels are provided by the chairs. The area is quite nice and many bars and restaurants to choose from! Will definitely stay here again!

Their terminal to AEP airport, and back I also took one of their taxis to my hotel, and I forgot my smartphone in that cab. My friend called them and translated for me, trying to track down the taxi driver. My friend told me it's not common for people to return lost items, and that the driver could make more money selling my phone than in one month of working. And I panicked. But the driver was honest and returned my iPhone. I definitely recommend them.

It seems that everyday restaurants around the square setup seating so you can dine and enjoy the weather. There are people who will come up to you and try to sell you things, but ignore them and they will go away. The hotel also has a nicely decorated wine bar and restaurant on the lower level. It was never busy and the food and wine there was very good. And the location has cobblestone roads and there are cafes and wine shops galore! There are also an over abundance of gift shops so you can find whatever you may desire. On the negative side, the hotel room bathroom sometimes smelled of sewage (not great), the shower didn't drain well so you found yourself standing in a mini pool for your toes, and they didn't give any wash clothes. They have one sponge to bathe with, but one isn't quite enough when you have more than one person in the room with you. My wife and I love each other, but we tend not to want to share a bathing sponge! It's not quite like sharing a toothbrush but close enough! Overall, the good outweighed the bad, and it is a cool place to stay for a short trip.
