I had initially had my vehicle worked on at Next Level Tint in the same garage. After a week of no response from Ashu to get the appointment scheduled, the tint job had obvious contamination and gaps on the window edges as well as a door panel that was not replaced correctly. Ashu from Next Level Tint was dismissive and unprofessional and refused to address any of these issues (after initially lying saying that he actually did redo it already which was clearly false). I ran into Amr in the same garage who immediately noticed the issues and said he would have it fixed by the next day. Amr was easy to communicate with and he called me when he started the work first thing next morning and texted me promptly when he was done just a couple hours later. It's obvious he takes pride in his work and actually cares about getting it right, rather than just swiping your credit card once and then not taking any ownership of his work afterwards. After he fixed everything, I tried to give him a tip for going above and beyond. He refused it and told me the best thing I could do was tell other people about his business. That says a lot about how he operates. He's not just trying to take your money once and move on and is clearly building a business on trust and repeat customers. He also prevented me from making a costly mistake of my windshield. I wanted the tint an inch or so lower than what is allowed by Virginia law. Being a reputable shop he informed me he could do what I was asking but more than likely you will be back in under a year to have it removed after failing Virginia's state inspection. None of us want to throw away money. I am thankful for his guidance. My new car looks perfect and based on past experiences will look that way for the life of my car.
