Let me back up, the sales guy Dan is a super nice guy did a great job doing his part. Finance was absolutely terrible, I was lead to believe it'd be a fairly easy process to sign out once I was approved but it took 6 hours! They had to have the guys in St Michael do it. I felt that 0 priority was given to my deal. After which once the paperwork was printed up I had to show the finance guy where I sign and he signs (I work in car sales) driving off the lot I thought the issues were behind me but I was wrong. I loved riding the bike for about 2 2 1/2 weeks until the fork was leaking. I figured no big deal seal replacement covered by warranty. Bison had to send my bike back to St Michael to be fixed where it continues to sit two weeks later. They are feeding me some bullshit about Polaris dragging their feet about sending the part. This is absolute garbage 0 customer service whatsoever. I am livid. I hope Dan finds somewhere to work that deserves his talents.

I had it towed over to Bruno's garage in Fridley. He had a practical, no-nonsense plan to rehabilitate the bike. He kept in touch, did great work and provided great value compared to what most motorcycle shops would have charged. (In a former life, I owned a Yamaha Vision 550 and, while it wasn't vintage, it did need to go into the shop and I am familiar with motorcycle shops.) This place just recently changed ownership, and the new ownership had a very high bar to achieve just to maintain the service excellence I had received in the past. My 2021 suburban with GM's pathetic failure of a 10 speed has been having shifting issues for a long time. I had taken to the stealerships a few different times while under warranty and ofcourse they claimed it was fine every time. Now that the warranty expired, if failed. GM, of course, is refusing to make things right - so while exploring legal action, I still need to get it back on the road. So I brought my Suburban to Shaun (the new owner of Natco). My trip to get my all terrain tires swapped out for my summer treads had a slight hiccup…read more Normally,they keep the clean,outside consistent but this time the dirty inside with the chalk location marks ended up facing out.In addition to that,the swapped out tires were chalked with location on the good side. I know mistakes happen but it's the response that matters.They made it right in the end. I had to inflate all when I got home as they were 6# less than the truck specs and 11# less than the tire specs. Either way all were under inflated.4 out of 5 stars because of the great responsibility taken.

My truck broke down on the highway on Thanksgiving and had to be towed to Don's circle service that…read morewas closed. Left it there and they got to it after the holiday. Response, nothing is wrong, maybe change battery ($370) which was twice the time prior I changed it, and I suggested the fuel pump may be bad. They said no. I went back to get it and paid for the battery and diagnostics and while vehicle was warming up (winter) it died. They came out and took a look at it and said we will need to look at it closer. Needless to say I live in Shakopee so they needed a day, not convenient. They came back and said it needed a new fuel pump. Standard fuel pump labor is 3 hours and they charged me 4.5, checked with two other shops. But that is not all, I had a full tank of gas and when I came back they said I had no gas in the tank (30 g. tank) and they had to put gas in it so it cost me an extra $250 in gas. Terrible place.
