Then I tried to call the office but no response to see what happened , I was getting ready and all and knew I couldn't make it that early, so I rebooked to my original time slot & 20 mins before my appt someone else reaches out saying if I want to rebook for another day or any other esthetician available today.. well I booked any other available ( I was ready to head out ) ... well they messaged back saying no one is available and to pick another day... so well they cancelled me... I do not like my time being wasted, let alone all of the prep done before making my way to the appointment.

I've been getting brazilians done for about 5 years now and this is by far the best one I've ever had. She uses the best grade of hard wax I've ever seen. In the past I've been to other salons that use hard wax but only put a thin layer on. Therefore when they pull it off, it breaks on your skin and they have to keep picking it back up again. If you can imagine, it's very painful. Because cyndi uses such high quality wax in conjunction with the fact that she puts a thicker layer on your skin, it comes off in one piece which is MUCH less painful and so much faster. I arrived early for my appointment and she got me out before my start time even. She gave me a mirror at the end so I could check the Brazilian and make sure it was to my liking. Honestly I've never been with an esthetician that was so concerned about how I liked the job! I 110% recommend going to her and if I'm ever in the Houston area again, I'll definitely be coming again.
