The original owner sold to Mason and they took over and I never had any problems whatsoever. Whenever something broke, they were right there and fixed the same or next day. Actually I never had anything break except the water heater and that was replaced the next day. The outside patio was perfect for my dog and between the walks, dog park and patio, it was perfect. I really liked this area, it was quiet and the landscape was very pretty. When I left, I cleaned the apartment and was refunded my entire deposit. The people that complain were probably those that didn't pay their rent on time. As far as I am concerned, it is a great nice place.

He came to remove his sign and lock on a Sunday and Monday the house was to become the owners. Funding was with title company, instead of using abusive language and aggresive measures he came in like a pit bull! There was no need to have been confrontational, demeaning and threatning.
