I asked, with a witness a minimum of 10x if they promised to me, I asked them if the $45 they kept going on about if I switched and upgraded would be the total of my bill ($90) for 2 lines. They repeated and we even hand shaked on it. I was informed they are taught to say what ever it takes for a sale. I sat for 2 hours, lost most of my data, didn't need a new phone upgrade,all I wanted was my bill lowered. Not only is my bill the same $207, but when I went in to complain the nasty comment to me was " well you didn't think you were getting a free phone, did you?" And I will have my store manager call you..gee not surprised I haven't heard back..good news T-mobil will buy out this plan and they are taking over Sprint..so hopefully you will all be looking for new jobs.

Went to pick up an order of a new iPhone i placed from my Verizon account as an authorized…read moreuser/account manager. But was given a hard time upon pickup by an employee named Jeff at this Medford location. Once he saw my name wasn't showing up on my account he stood up, put my order back, and proceeded to help the next customer. Even when i was trying to verify with Verizon, showing him my name is down as an authorized user he still dismissed me and rudely told me to ask a different representative in the store to help me because he wouldn't give me the phone. Rather than trying to check my account again, refresh the page and offer to help or show any kind of patience he quickly dismissed me left me to figure it out on my own. Only until another Verizon rep Rolisa came to help me as she over heard the situation and even apologized to me for how Jeff spoke to me and how he treated me. Rolisa quickly and easily refreshed my account, saw my name was in fact present on my account and efficiently assisted me to my pick up order and new phone. I greatly appreciate Rolisa's help but i am deeply disappointed in how Jeff treated me in front of other customers and his own coworkers. I've never had a bad experience with Verizon customer service, my family has used Verizon for 20+ years for phone internet etc. so this encounter was quite uncalled for and shocking to me. I have already submitted a formal complaint to Verizon corporate.
