While not all projects work for all contractors what matters is how you treat whomever is calling you. I used this company for lawn seeding and biweekly mowing for 6 months…read more I paid NK to seed my lawn (front and back) and they messed up this service twice. Stephanie once accused me of not paying for a month of service that I had indeed paid for. And after paying every prior invoice this company had ever sent me I received a text from Stephanie at 7:30am saying that if I don't pay them, they will send me to collections. I immediately looked into it, and the invoice in question was only 13 days overdue. I had not received one friendly personal reminder from them. I called her and asked that an owner call me back and she assured me someone would. I have texted several times since asking for a return call and nobody will respond to me. My husband had to go outside and ask your workers to do better weed trimming, as they were leaving weeds in the yard that looked sloppy. I also contacted Stephanie with complaints on two separate occasions- after my initial seeding, and as soon as you came to mow my lawn after seeding the second time. I have texted, emailed, and reached out on social media and you are all actively avoiding responding to me. I'll definitely be spreading the word about my experience with NK.

I found Luis when I initially created a project to field some quotes for replacing some old carpet…read more Among the 3 vendors that responded and provided quotes, he was the most competitive. Eventually, a quote request for paint also reached him and he was able to provide a quote for painting the entire property as well. Throughout the whole project, he was very responsive and provided picture updates periodically to show the progress. The final project was to replace roughly 1000 square feet of old carpet with luxury vinyl planks and to repaint all walls into one uniform color. Since it was two separate projects, I decided to hire Luis so the work can be done seamlessly. The initial quote also included replacing the existing baseboards but Luis reached out when they were removing the planks that most of it could be saved and repainted. He was able to save me almost $500 on the project. I did have some doubts at first as he did not have any reviews on Yelp at the time when I reached out in early Aug'24. After having the quotes and meeting his partner, Leonardo, I decided to proceed. The work was quick, around 1 week from start to finish and the place was left pretty much spotless. Will definitely recommend to anyone needing work done in the MA/CT/RI area!
