Since they were available when we needed them and they were very accommodating on phone we decided to give them a shot and cross fingers. This was a major and risky 3 large tree removal job tight between two houses. They took amazing care of the properties and brought in significant equipment to make the job as easy as possible, for a not-easy job! They not only performed skillful and flawlessly, but they went as far as preserving very close ornamental trees! It top it off, they not only cleaned up all of the mess from both properties, including decks, etc. but they also blew all of the leaves from each yard and took it all away!! I must say they are experts at what they do, their skills were amazing, a show for anyone watching! Maybe next time we sell tickets to watch their amazing show!! Lol Thank you guys!

Great service at a very reasonable price…read more When I shopped around for an excavating company to trench for new electric conduit, Diego from KNL promptly responded by text and by phone (as I requested) and offered to come by the same day to provide an estimate. He was right on time for the estimate and seemed to know what he was talking about. His price was very reasonable. I offered him the job and worked out a time for both him and my electrician to do the job. On the day of the job, Diego showed up exactly as planned, a half hour before the electrician. They had communicated and planned the job out. Diego and his helper were ready to work with an excavator that was well suited in size and power for the job. The electrician showed up on time and they worked flawlessly together. Diego ran the excavator, his helper dressed the trench and the electrician laid the conduit. They got the job completely done, trench dug (including removing several really impressively large boulders), conduit laid, back filled, regraded and raked, grass seed spread all in one day (actually before lunch). The job was left in immaculate condition. All that's left now is to wait on the power company and watch the grass grow. Originally I was planning to rent a trencher and dig the trench myself. BOY am I glad that I had the good sense to let a professional with experience and professional equipment deal with the rocks problems. It would have taken me days to dig and even longer to back fill. PLUS, I would have been the one doing the work in stead of watching my hired professionals do a really first class job. I recommend this KNL and Diego most highly. (475)279-4864

Everything was put in writing via texts. I had only spoken with the secretary in the course of 2 months. But when I called to complain, the told me that they came to pick it up early because they needed to rent it to someone else! Double billing! The owner later called and tried to claim that I had called him directly and asked for a change of pick-up dates which was a insane complete lie. Owner even tried to claim that my Forman said it was ok to remove the dumpster. Again, a complete bald faced lie. 3. The website claims that they offer discounts for good, working used plumbing fixtures, mechanicals like refrigerators and clean wood for recycling. Complete lie! They claimed they did not know what the website claimed and would not honor any company policy posted on their website. Completely unprofessional and lies. Exhausting!
