He arrived for his appointment on Dec 12, 2024 to be told it was cancelled on Nov 1, 2024 because Brite Smiles had decided to no longer be enrolled in the plan. We receive no call, no email, no card from them about this cancellation. To further comlicate their incompetence an appointment was made for me just a week and a half prior. Apparently, the reasoning behind this decision was cost-savings. Well, Brite Smiles just lost two customers, plus those enrolled in dentalplans.com. Beware!

She implied my son doesn't like the dentist because I am not "strict" enough. She refused to use gas because "cleanings are easy" and said he just had to get through it. They always make sure to thoroughly explain everything, in a way that we can understand and will spend as much time as I need answering my questions. My four year old is never an easy patient and usually has to be held down for a cleaning and exam. The team is always so encouraging to us all through this, as well as patient and sweet and calm with her. We met Elana today for the first time and she was amazing with her! She was so patient and knew exactly what to do and say to put her at ease. My daughter smiled the whole time and told me after "the dentist is so fun and not scary anymore!" My husband and I were shocked that she did so well! While we never intended to travel 45 minutes for a dentist appointment we are so glad to have ended up at this office. After my son had a cleaning I got a hefty bill in the mail saying his cleaning was not covered and it was my responsibility to know that. I have never been to a dental office who did not ensure that the service I was receiving (or my child) was covered. No one told me prior to the services as a courtesy and blamed me for not knowing clearly not verifying my insurance as I kNOW they are supposed to ahead of time. I called again as my son was having pain and informed them I still had the same insurance as last year AND a new Delta dental but I never received a card and asked if they could look it up as my personal dentist (adult dental) has done this for me to verify and simply got a "NO" you need to provide this information we will not look it up. I also had a balance that was previously in collections which I paid and was told they don't see it was paid so my child can not have his cracked tooth looked at. I spent a total of 1 minute tops using the information they texted me and was able to confirm I in fact had paid this balance so I highlighted and texted the number they provided showing I did unsure why they could not see what I found in 1 minute. I received NO response from them. I am so disappointed as I love the clinical staff and the doctor but the front desk staff is horribly rude and clearly not doing their job properly. ** The new office that got him in right away informed me they can absolutely look up our Delta Dental information with the subscribers information as can any dental office. **

My daughter is outgoing, well spoken, and friendly. However, of course a practitioner forcing their way into her mouth with no warning would be alarming!) ***The folks here in Millis worked with my child, made sure she was comfortable, repeatedly told her she was doing a great job, and let her do things like feel their gloves and masks with her fingers before going into her mouth. We've never been late to an appointment or had a cancellation, and never needed anything other than a cleaning and an x-ray, but the moment we step foot in the practice they always find something to scold us about. I wanted to talk to the practice manager about today's experience, but after reading the reviews it's clear where this attitude is stemming from.

It was the first time I meet Dr. Tau ( my husband was there the first time) She was remarkable polite and so was our dental assistant. They both answered ALL my questions ( and I had quite a few) and they were so professional. She explained to me each step she did. Dr.Tau and the dental assistance took the time to explain to me what I should expect after the procedure is done. She took her time introducing every piece of equipment to her and making it as fun and relaxing as possible for her. My twelve-year-old son on January 12, 2016, which was scheduled as a consultation for a possible…read moretooth extraction. After we were seated, forty minutes after our appointment time, an assistant asked whether nitrous oxide would be used, which I declined. The dentist then entered the room without washing her hands and did not introduce herself or confirm my son's identity. She did not explain that she intended to proceed with an extraction. She briefly referenced a "bite block" without clarifying the nature of the procedure. Without obtaining informed consent, the dentist administered Novocaine and exited the room, again without washing her hands. After the injection, an assistant presented an iPad for consent. I asked what I was being asked to sign and was told to "read the iPad." The dentist then returned and extracted the tooth. Post-procedure instructions were provided only after the extraction was completed. At no point prior to Novocaine administration or extraction was informed consent obtained. Additionally, I observed a lack of hand hygiene upon entry and exit, which was concerning as the dentist continued to see other patients. I raised these concerns during the visit. My feedback was dismissed and met with explanations rather than acknowledgment.

THE MCHS dental hygiene dentist in Worscester said that work did not have to be done. And the dentist I chose fixed the tooth doe between $500-$600.

Today I had a cleaning ( thank you Tracy) and she is just wonderful. Truly everyone there from the time you check in until you leave is just wonderful. We are so happy they are there and when I must had an issue Dr. Turbo took him in and made the time to be sure Paul's issue was resolved . He took the time and that means so much.
