Upon arrival, we were greeted by the teller, Sarah, who was kindly helpful in directing us to the banker, Gage Jackson. We had already scheduled an appointment with Gage, which made the process efficient and seamless. Both Sarah and Gage demonstrated a personable and professional approach throughout our visit. Their friendly demeanor and attentive service made us feel genuinely valued as customers. Gage patiently and clearly explained the required forms, ensuring that everything was easy to understand. As a 30-year Army veteran, retired colonel, and former high school history teacher, I was particularly impressed by Gage's knowledge and his excellent communication skills. I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this branch and its personnel to the banking public.

I knew he was in good hands because they are super friendly and helpful at the Concord Lake Rd branch; they walked him through the process (he didn't want mom to help) and made him feel important. If you want to teach young kids about saving money they have an account called a Fat Cat savings account and it's pretty decent interest on it and when the child turns 13 it rolls over into a teen account. My son loves having his own account and he's saved a pretty penny so far!

This location has three or four drive-thru banking lanes and a drive-thru ATM which makes the drive-thru banking process pretty painless. Inside, there are several teller stations. I have never had to wait more than three minutes before being helped, and that was on a Friday afternoon when everyone was cashing their paychecks. My only complaint is that the parking and drive-thru banking flow seems a bit off. The parking lot is sort of confusing to navigate. Cars always seem to be going in the wrong direction around the lot, as there is a set way they intend for you to drive. Overall, SECU is a great bank. It could be improved by being open on Saturdays.

I can't begin to tell you how elated we were to learn that Chase was available to us in Charlotte. Apparently, Chase seems to be growing/expanding rather rapidly within the Charlotte area. Staff at this Park Row location are incredible courteous, patient, energetic and polite. Everyone has a great attitude! Bankers are truly on top of things and we have never felt pressured into doing things with our money that we don't feel comfortable with. This is truly a beautiful and safe location. I really appreciated the holiday display of the Menorah - made me feel so welcomed. The Bank's Vestibule contains the "Smart ATM's" - which dispense various denominations of US Cash; this can be very helpful; - Unfortunately - for obvious safety reasons - the Vestibule is only open during normal banking hours. I guess they want to avoid homeless and "Undesirables" sleeping inside the vestibule. No worries, there is a well-lighted drive up ATM where you can conduct virtually all your banking. Again - I'm very impressed with the friendly folks that are working at this location. The Park Row location is the closest Chase to our home (City Park).

You no longer see a large divide between the tellers and the customer. They have desks where you sit with an associate to make a deposit, to withdraw money, etc. (they still have someone who supports the drive thru). I did not have a good experience when I went inside to get a document notarized. Customer service was unacceptable. Considering changing banks.
