The cart is quite popular and our party had to wait approximately 15 minutes on Sunday at 6:15 PM. All quesadillas are cooked to order and the lady manually pressed every blue corn tortilla by hand. [Menu]: The cart offers chicken, pork, chorizo, squash blossoms (flor de calabaza), chicharrón, potato, and huitlacoche (corn smut, or the "Mexican truffle").
