The bus ride there was great as our guide was able to share many things with us in the surrounding area. It was also cool to cross state lines to Arizona and even have a time difference change. The actual ATV itself was maybe an hour long, which I wish it was a bit longer. This is my third ATV tour in the last year and I have to say that, I don't know if its because the group we went with was more experienced riders, but they rode so fast. So fast in fact that I fell off the ATV and tumbled onto the ground. I did appreciate that they had me riding up in the front and slowed down the pace a lot more, but I wish it was a bit slower so I could actually enjoy the desert views a bit more. I also thought the 10 minute break for pictures was not super necessary, 3 minutes would have been enough. Overall, great ATV tour when in Las Vegas. I would recommend not booking this place if this is your first time riding an ATV and are a bit nervous about the pace. Of course the guides will accommodate, but they will ride faster than normal.

It said we need to be there no later than 9am but we waited a long time to sign waivers and actually get on the van to go to the atv site. Total time was probably 3.5 hrs and not 2-2.5 hrs like I was told when I was booking it because of all the wait. It was a thirty minute van ride from the strip Meetup point to the atv site and we were taught to drive the atv and Kobe was a great guide. Straight to the point. We did two test rounds and then went on the road. I have a very short thumb and so it was kind of tiring for my hands to drive the atv. But otherwise it was kind of fun. Since the atv site was next to an Air Force base so we saw a thunder spike so that was pretty cool

I really appreciate them providing a bottle water, neck towels, and a mister for the heat. They have a variety of options of vehicles to ride in as well. They provided my husband with a tutorial right before we drove it so we could be comfortable operating it and save time enjoying the ride. We decided to take it down the Las Vegas Strip and even had enough time to visit the Hoover Dam. This is perfect for sight seeing and casual riding around the city. I recommend renting from this family owned business, that is very affordable and fun.

After calling a few other places we were getting disappointed...until we got SinCity Moto!!! What a GREAT experience! Most of all the paperwork and forms we all done online and checkin was a breeze. The instructions for the Slingshot were explained to us by Cheri and couldn't have been easier. We got the four-hour rental and it was perfect for our drive up to the Red Rock loop. On our mini-trip, many people seemed interested and lots of people took pics of us and the Slingshot. For a few trips up and down the LV Strip and the downtown corridor trip a two-hour rental probably would suffice but while you are in town, check out Red Rock area. There is a 13 mile loop that is simply amazing. For that a 4-hour rental is plenty of time. Our next trip will be to the Valley of Fire which would probably require 4-6 hours. What a great time. All day long she was so knowledgeable and answered every question we had, but also so funny while still being professional! My whole group thought that the value of this tour was exceptional. We walked the grounds, took pictures of the Werly family's decades-long collection of toys and decor, watched an action movie clip filmed on the property, then hit the trails. We're a group of experienced dirt bike/quad riders, but Alisha made sure to put some of the guys in their place and let us know that the ATV ride rules are rules, not suggestions. The views were incredible, we ate a delicious lunch by the Colorado river, then headed back for the gold mine tour. Being from the east coast, this part of US history isn't something we're familiar with, and we learned so much! Even though we had a large group, Alisha made a point to have a one-on-one conversation with every single one of us, which made it very special and personal. She was also an incredible photographer! I think we really got the bang for our buck, and i will definitely be recommending this tour - and Alisha by name - to everyone I know who's planning a Vegas trip in the future.

There's so many awesome trails and we stopped at the pioneer saloon for some lunch. We aren't big fans of guided tours so this was perfect because we got to go out on our own wherever we wanted! On the ride there she lectures us on the rules several times and mentioned we would have to walk back if we did not follow them. The worse part was when we arrived she was showing us the ATVs and said the throttle was on the handle bars. My brother in law who lost his thumb in a work accident asked her if they had any foot pedal ATVs. Casey got upset and started yelling you don't have a thumb? Your missing your thumb on your right hand? How come we didn't know this! She continued to yell and be upset making my brother in law feel like it was his fault he did not have a thumb. She called her boss and they said he could not ride as it was unsafe and it could be an insurance issue for them if something happened. They did say he would get a refund. I understand that they might have to say no due to safety but the way Casey handled it was awful! Terrible customer service! Another interesting thing was when they came back at the halfway point she got a call from the supervisor and they said he could ride. She acted all happy like she had pulled in a favor so he could ride the 2nd half of the tour. Avoid this business. Terrible customer service and not a great experience. Much better atv tours out there. Also atvs were old and in bad shape. Casey told us make sure you only use the hand break as the foot break doesn't work on most of these atvs. She did not have the group do the safety test ride.

Best ATV Tours Las Vegas went above and beyond and my group had the best time exploring the desert! Out of pure luck, my group was the only booked for the morning session so it felt like a private tour. Pickup was quick and easy from Mandalay Bay and on the drive over to the desert Ronin was entertaining, giving us all the best tips and recommendations in Nevada. He was personable, funny, and by the end of our excursion felt like a friend rather than your average tour guide that is being paid to take you around.
