Save yourself some time. I had to get my equipment to another shop that was able to get started right away. Bummer I had to do this in the middle of the winter after I brought my equipment to them early October!

He then showed me my dipstick with oil that looked dirty and AND had been over-filled. Dishonesty and incompetence is not a good combination. BTW, pro-tip. They know about the sharpie mark on the oil filter trick. Instead, tap the oil filter with a wrench just hard enough to put a small dent in it before you take your vehicle in. If the dent is still there after your oil change, you got scammed. You lost a 20+ year customer.
