You're not a client here-you're a friend. Everyone always remembers you name and it's a place for a social event as well as haircut. It's not cheap-what city centre salon is-but it's always reliable and Jemma does the best highlights and cut in town.You might even see a celebrity or two.

I Had a terrible experience where they where out of stock on the semi permanent hair dye colour I…read morewanted so she tried to really persuade me to go for a similar colour but in permanent...I said no I'll just get a trim then she came back and said they did have the semi colour I wanted and dyed my hair...I was left with about half a centimeter of un-dyed roots at the front, which I only noticed when I got into better lighting at home (salon has dim lights), anyway two months on and the color is still fully intact so she clearly used permanent colouring...never again will I step back in that untrustworthy salon! Now I'm left with awful roots, I cant remember her name and she doesn't seem to be on the team list on their website...she was petite and thin with long straight dark hair.

I have been going there for two years and i would say the cut they do is really fantastic and with reasonable prices. Even if i have a voucher they very easily do a free hair cut and there has been never a problem. Its very easy to get an appointment before going but gets busy sometimes during weekends so had to book an earlier appointment to avoid any hazzles of such kind. However this is really a lovely hair dressing salon so women so should go there. Also there is a section for women within this salon. I would recommend this to everyone.
