You're not a client here-you're a friend. Everyone always remembers you name and it's a place for a social event as well as haircut. It's not cheap-what city centre salon is-but it's always reliable and Jemma does the best highlights and cut in town.You might even see a celebrity or two.

I Had a terrible experience where they where out of stock on the semi permanent hair dye colour I…read morewanted so she tried to really persuade me to go for a similar colour but in permanent...I said no I'll just get a trim then she came back and said they did have the semi colour I wanted and dyed my hair...I was left with about half a centimeter of un-dyed roots at the front, which I only noticed when I got into better lighting at home (salon has dim lights), anyway two months on and the color is still fully intact so she clearly used permanent colouring...never again will I step back in that untrustworthy salon! Now I'm left with awful roots, I cant remember her name and she doesn't seem to be on the team list on their website...she was petite and thin with long straight dark hair.
