Jim helped him (Fred Brown) to help diagnose and get our turbo sensor replaced ASAP as we were on a time schedule to arrive in Michigan. My bus Motorhome was towed to Dixie Diesel with a broken throttle lever on my C8.3 Cummins engine…read more I called before closing and talked to Jim. He advised me where to have the tow truck driver to leave my bus. We camped in their parking lot for the night. The next morning at 8AM I met Jim and he had already assigned Brian to assess and repair our throttle. Incredible as it may seem they had the part I needed in stock. Brian was professional and took great care to not soil our interior. He quickly installed and adjusted the part and we were completely done at 9AM. The repair bill was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop.
