I was impressed by the staff, the office ambience & everyone's effort to make it the pleasant experience that it was. Compared to the previous dentist, I felt like I was on another planet! There was a TV monitor above the exam chair to watch during the cleaning, etc & the pics of my teeth were displayed too. When Dr Hampton did his exam, I received a hand mirror so I could see inside my mouth as he was pointing out the details of my teeth. I have a few minor areas that need repair. The most difficult part was the Novocain, to numb the area before the procedure, I despise shots of any kind, but it was a necessary evil to get the extraction done. Usually goes well but today for some reason she seemed in a hurry and kept pushing the suction tube into my gums or on the other end letting the water build up in my mouth. Just seemed off today. I had a failed root canal and was referred to them for extraction by my Dentist…read more They were pushing expensive implants. I did not indicate any interest in implants. I was there to have my failed root canal pulled. They charged me $250 for a 3D xray - I was led to believe that was needed to complete the extraction. I had to pay up front and they said my insurance would not pay for it. The dentist examined me went over my X-ray and said it needed extracted. i knew that already! They were unwilling to extract it that day and fast forward to now. I had difficulty with this office again in scheduling. I gave up and said send me my 3D xray. I then found a reputable Surgeon and took my 3D $250 xray to him. He informed me it was unnecessary and a simple xray is fine. It was then I learned that this office takes advantage of people in pain by pushing expensive unnecessary scans. so if I were going to get implants, this is the last place on earth I would get them. This office has problems keeping Dentists, they have different people every time you inquire.

The new lady at the desk said office was crowed could we step out, I told her I gladly would. Upon going again when notified via text I noticed the mom coming through the clinic without a mask and I mentioned this to the new desk lady, she covered for her and said it was due to "extenuating circumstances". That mom overheard this turned around and said"I DONT BELIEVE IN MASKS !" Wow ...desk lady is not doing her job. Please offer masks when arriving and enforce MASK ORDER as all others do. Better yet send her out and her 6 kids until mask is worn to protect other patients. I did notify Dr.Bozalis when we were seen in the clinic as well.

The only drawback is his small waiting office, but because the service outshines drawbacks, for us we are ALWAYS happy and excited to still use Dr. Lee. I would recommend him to anyone!
