However, we appreciate their efforts to make areas accessible once they arrive. When scheduling, it's a good idea to allow for a potential delay which can be a bit challenging for planning. It seems there is room for improvement in communication between the service team and the technicians regarding their arrival times. Make sure you communicate and validate times. Despite these scheduling issues, the technicians are generally very reliable, with and providing excellent service. I would rate the overall service at 4.7 stars, but the individual technicians often deserve 4.9 to 5.0+ stars, depending on who comes out. There are very good technicians in the team. We appreciate Thorns hard work to come out and keep our house up to date with their service. The service technicians always wear foot coverings when they work on the inside of the home. Great value for the service provided.
