But I never would have thought that the best Vietnamese food I'd ever had would be in Cologne, Germany. And that it would be vegetarian. But it was. Broth was a bit tangier than I've had previously so be sure to taste it before adding any lime. Our server was nice enough to split the pho into two bowls since we were sharing and already ate 2 entrees. Love the mom-and-pop feel of the place. Fyi, they have different pho broths (chicken, beef, duck) which pretty unique since most places just have beef. Their chicken was good so my guess is the chicken pho is probably the tastiest.

My number 27 had the perfect balance of sweet/salty/spiciness that had my taste buds dancing for joy.
