Broth was a bit tangier than I've had previously so be sure to taste it before adding any lime. Our server was nice enough to split the pho into two bowls since we were sharing and already ate 2 entrees. Love the mom-and-pop feel of the place. Fyi, they have different pho broths (chicken, beef, duck) which pretty unique since most places just have beef. Their chicken was good so my guess is the chicken pho is probably the tastiest.

My number 27 had the perfect balance of sweet/salty/spiciness that had my taste buds dancing for joy. For the ten minutes it took us to savor these dishes there was no conversation as that might distract us from our enjoyment. Words couldn't describe enough... it must be experienced.
