This fabric should NOT BE ADVERTISED AS CLOTH DIAPER SAFE! Be careful who you buy from because the customer service was atrocious. For what it's worth, with every other PUL vendor I've worked with even if the issue wasn't determined to be their manufacturing fault I was always treated courteously and offered some sort of replacement or refund. Even an apology and a discount on future orders would have been much appreciated, but it's too late for that - I'll never do business here again.

However, the lastest issue sort of told me a good deal more about their standard way of doing business: Be prepared to be a little screwed over - that's pretty much what I was told. I was shorted significantly when a roll of fabric I bought recently was 8" SHORTER in width for the entire 50 yards than was advertised. When I questioned their customer service they first told me I must have ordered a cheaper "special run" (implying I got what I paid for). When I sent a picture of my receipt showing that it was NOT a special run and was regularly priced they basically told me that since they are dealing with "working at risk" during the Covid-19 crisis they cannot be bothered with addressing it - I should just be grateful they are working at all and leave them to it. What?! Seriously?! I'm working through this too, as are tens of thousands of others - that's not an excuse for shorting customers and especially not for being rude. REVIEW UPDATE: Rather than address the issue, after I left my review a representative of Wazoodle messaged me on FB that I was "not a good person" and they canceled my existing order and closed my account. Customer service is dead. :( ANOTHER REVIEW UPDATE: Now they have sent me another message saying "This issue is closed please." and blocking me from their FB page so that there is no further recourse. I have included a screenshot. Please remember this is a company I have easily spend $100,000+ with - if they will treat a customer like me this way imagine how they treat smaller customers. For that reason I have downgraded my review further in the hopes of protecting someone else. :(

It had amazing fringe all around the cushions and was in mint condition and was large... really long and ample. Fast forward a few years down the road, I use this couch at my business and it had gotten beaten up by People sitting on it and also my dog laying all over it. I heard about Schwartz slipcover workshop and had a meeting with one of the owners Francine. She came (she lived locally) and looked at my couch and gave me great advice. She helped me pick out fabric that would be durable yet elegant and completely agreed with me that the character of the couch was amazing and that we should honor the fringe on the couch and do it again in blue. Her prices were fair and she was transparent trying to help me get the best value for my money. Seriously amazing work done efficiently with normal sane people who valued our time and tried to make it as convenient as possible. I love to refer people to other people who had great skill and temperament and I have recommended them to many people with total comfort and ease. I thought I'd share this with the yelp community so that you too know how amazing these people are and how much I love the attention to detail and service they provided me.
