I was very disappointed when I went to the post office today. I just moved to my first EVER…read moreapartment in Waverly and I was confused on the package aspect. I ordered something off tik Tok and must have forgotten to put the apartment number so it got sent to the post office. When I asked them what I did wrong the lady rudely explained to me that I didn't put the apartment number on the delivery and so it got sent to them. The lady was very rude when telling me that, and said if it happens again, then it will be returned. I was so upset because this is my first apartment and I'm still trying to figure out everything. In addition to rudely explaining the apartment number situation she also was very rude when explaining additional questions I asked. I was very nice when I asked them what I did wrong and I did not appreciate being talked to the way I did. I understand if people are having a bad day but it's no excuse to be rude and treat other people like that. I work in a nursing home and I've had plenty of bad days, but I always speak nice to others even if I'm frustrated. Very disappointing and upsetting makes me never want to come there again.

I guess I'm pretty diligent about returning online goods and every so often it's fun to send snail mail to friends, but other than that I'll just stop by occasionally for stamps for work mail. There are two main staff that have worked the counter for the several years I've been coming and they're always quite friendly. More than willing to work with you to get your items shipped safely and affordably. Sometimes the stamps options are limited, but I've never not been able to do what I needed. The facilities have always been very tidy and they seem to have a large section of boxes. I love my local post office!
