Unfortunately, repeated internet failures, nightly noise from nearby trash stations, and an overly soft mattress (which we requested to be exchanged but were told was "already replaced three years ago") made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations and these aspects made our stay disappointing: * The apartment is on the first floor, facing the road and near three trash stations, which caused frequent noise disturbances (especially at night between 1am and 3am). * The mattress was extremely soft, leading to back discomfort -- helpful to mention this in the listing. * Most importantly, internet connectivity was highly unreliable, with repeated outages over many days despite multiple technician visits. This caused significant inconvenience and additional expenses during our stay. Overall, while the apartment has potential, the lack of reliable internet, a super soft matress and noise issues meant it did not meet our expectations.

Enjoy Rentals on the other hand was barely adequate. We received two sets of keys, but only one worked. We discovered there is a washing machine and dishwasher, but no soap is provided. Towels, paper towels, trash baskets and toilet paper seem to be premium here as well. For the price you pay for the apartment I had the expectation that Enjoy Rentals would have taken some pride in their service and provided at least a starter. I planned to do some work remotely and was counting on a WiFi connection. Enjoy Rentals had geririgged some connection off the neighbors WiFi connection that had changed in some way that made it no longer available. This was revealed to me after a day and a half of trying to get it to work and a couple phone calls and visits to the office. Not the way I wanted to spend my vacation. I just expected and wanted it to work. As a substitute I was given 3 different 3G modems. Finally one worked fast enough to be usable, but only by one connection. Everyone else in my family was out of luck. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. Finally I had truly had enough with Enjoy Rentals when the cleaners they had scheduled to come didn't show up on the determined day, nor at the scheduled time the next day. It was only after standing in their office while they called the cleaners that they showed up an hour later. Enjoy Rentals did not apologize for the inconvenience but rather made me feel like I was a bother to them. I don't get all the different cultural gestures but I am pretty sure one of them gave me the equivalent of the bird. Enjoy Rentals is incompetent and unprofessional. I could go on about their issues but I think I have painted the picture. Avoid them if possible.

The instructions that they send are extremely specific. We had a chance to check in early, but they were polite to watch our stuff upon check out. We stayed in a beautiful apartment close by and they were helpful with recommendations. All apartments are stocked with all the basic necessities. They had no problem re-stocking items that were out or low. Take note: I'm not sure for each apartment, but in ours, they did not provide any toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner etc..also they did not provide laundry detergent. (there are so many little shops around that it was easy to go and buy a small container) But everything else-there was plenty of. Dishes, cups, wine opener, dish soap, paper towels, blankets, pillows (extras). We would work with them again!
