DO YOUR HOMEWORK:…read more Eric Bozeman just added new location in Marianna, Florida. We have almost no choices for appliance repair in nearby Sneads, Florida. Made appointment about 9/1/2020. Had 5 appliances to check. Eric said it would be $50 cash per appliance checked. He did show up and spent about 10 minutes per appliance and I paid $250 cash. He was able to repair 1 fridge without parts where he shoved a disconnected water line back onto an icemaker. Other 4 appliances, not sure what will repair, might be this or might be that. Can try replacing parts, but no guarantee will repair problem and once he orders parts we must pay for them. These are not antique appliances, newer & up to date. Made 3 trips to repair one GE double door fridge. Fixed one thing at a time and then find something else. Last trip told me ice maker needed some new tubing inside underneath fridge and he didn't have any on vehicle that day and would have to bring it back. Put new valve on icemaker, but still not functional without replacement tubing. Replaced a water pump on a GE stackable washer. Washer will still not dump water and he said he would have to check with someone else and come back. Jan 27, 2020 now, 4 MONTHS and $562 later! I have one fridge with tubing reconnected and working. Additional fridge and washer, repair not completed. I have texted him several times and asked him "not to leave me hanging". NO REPLY to text messages or voicemails! I guess I should have had second thoughts when I noticed he would leave his vehicle running the 30 minutes while he was here.

It is not a one time issue. i highly recommend rent a center, after the whole ordeal at Aaron's, i went to rent a center the same day and walked out with a wonderful couch, end tables, and beautiful lamps. oh and also they left a child to play around display TV and bunk beds unsupervised.
