This one is definitely more flexible than their Seattle location. Better service and less congestion.

The night staff was much better. Restaurant and front desk. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff were kind. Coffee options were amazing. The parking situation is kinda confusing and silly. The system itself could be better updated. I was here for a conference and the banquet staff were all amazing! The amenities of snacks, teas, ice water, etc. was such a kind thing. They always were monitoring to make sure everything was stocked and well. Amazing work! Finally, the room was nice and clean, loved the view of the planes landing, such an incredible sight. Shower was fine, heating was good, bed was comfy, quiet despite the landing planes, couldn't hear a thing. The interior of the entire hotel though, honestly, is prettier in pictures. Idk what it is. The hotel gives an eerie "The Shining" vibe. It's like, run down but not? Maybe it's just me. But it just feels odd in the lobby area. Last tiny negative, the price definitely wasn't worth this hotel though... sorry. Anyhoosies, great place. Honestly would stay again just to watch the planes land. So very neat! Thank you!

The room was super clean, the staff was friendly and attentive, and we enjoyed the free breakfast. There was plenty of parking and at $9/day, it's much cheaper than hotels that are located Downtown and in other places. We used the pool & hot tub and the exercise room. Everything appeared to be clean and in good working order. I felt safe and comfortable. I already have my next reservation booked.

I immediately informed Marriott, but the hotel showed no urgency. As a parent, it was horrifying that my baby was exposed to bed bugs. This is a serious health and cleanliness issue. It took 10 days after my stay before any follow up from the hotel management, which I had to ask for multiple times by contacting Marriott corporate directly. In the meantime, I had to throw out anything that couldn't be washed in high heat - luggage, travel crib, car seat, stroller, etc.... When I finally talked to the hotel assistant manager, Keisha, she was shockingly rude and dismissive. She constantly interrupted me, cut me off mid-sentence, and showed zero empathy or professionalism. Instead of addressing a serious health concern, she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. There was no apology or concern, just defensiveness and attitude. As a Platinum Elite member with 600+ credited nights and lifetime status, I've stayed at many Marriott hotels across the world, and I've never been treated this poorly. Avoid this hotel at all costs! They will not give you any compassion or accountability if something goes wrong here. This was a deeply stressful and disappointing experience, and I sincerely hope Marriott corporate steps in to address both the bed bug bites and Keisha's extremely unprofessional behavior.

Overall this hotel was an average hotel I picked it because it was for Amex and I needed to use my credit before the year-end. During our stay, the fire alarm went off and that was insanely loud. No one can sleep through that. Gladly when we came down to the lobby they stated that it was a false alarm. Soon after about an hour or so we got a text message saying that it was a false alarm. I did enjoy the breakfast here at the lobby! That was actually pretty delicious and I would say to try it out. The beds and comfortable and you can also bring your dog into this hotel which is kind of cool! That was a bonus seeing all the different-sized dogs roaming around.

Loved that we could walk. We used it as our home base for hiking the Multnomah Wahkeena Columbia Gorge as it was only about 25 minutes away. One afternoon, I sat in the hotel bar, drank a glass of wine and enjoyed my book and writing postcards. Our view from the 4th floor overlooking the river was lovely. We used valet parking which was quick and easy. Staff was helpful and welcoming. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Rooms were cool and dark for sleeping. Rooms were clean and spacious. TV was big. Great experience.

I arrive at 12:30 am and am told the room had a maintenance issue and my coices were either h er the ADA room with a king bed or a two queen bed room. Too tired to be angry I took the ADA room with an option to move in thr morning at 1100am. I slept, got up to shower, and instead of the shower coming out the shower head it sprayed sideways from all the joint fixtures. What a mess. I finally muddled through my shower while almost falling over the tub twice. Thank God for grab bars. I decided then, it ain't gonna work. At 8am, I went to the breakfast, took one look at the hot dishes and immediately lost what little appetite I had. Barf. So made toast and a waffle. Safe. Then went to front desk. I very nice said, I don't want to be that person, but...long pause, explain the night before, the problems with the room and got moved to the room I wanted. A few minutes later the manager came out, with some humor and niceness, I got comped for that night. So what started out as a royal slam, turned into aa golden story. They made it right, satisfaction guaranteed.
