There is an aura of positive industry, well-organized and scheduled appointments, and obvious professionalism. The real star was Gina(Euginia), who was so very patient and sensitive to my wife's needs (mobility issues) while doing the mammogram test. We give this office our highest rating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The mammogram tech had zero bedside manner--abrupt, unkind, and unprofessional. Afterward, I was led through the hallway (still in that tiny top) and placed in what looked like a break room, with staff walking by as I sat there trying to stay covered--completely lacking in privacy and care. The ultrasound tech was nicer but still not very warm or reassuring. For such a personal and often stressful procedure, this place made me feel uncomfortable, exposed, and rushed.
