Check in was not smooth and made me think twice about the visit. Waited for over 40 minutes with no one to help. Front desk should have someone to welcome people and check them in. The QR code is not welcoming. The consultation itself was great and Dr Sanyal was very helpful explaining my situation and treatment options. read more

Dr. Sanyal, is currently treating my father for varicose veins. He has an excellent bedside manner. He is patient, thorough and caring.

They are unprofessional, unorganized and impossible to communicate with. The office is dirty and in need of a deep cleaning. I wasted two hours and still was unable to get my service done. You can't call the office and must communicate with the corporate office. read more

I didn't want to put any stars but had no choice. These people are the worst. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life. The customer service has a script and they don't bother to listen or actually have a solution to the problem. This is not a doctors office. It's like dealing with DMV. I had a scheduled procedure onMonday, September 18th and I had the approved authorization in August. I received a phone call the Saturday before the Monday procedure. They said they did have the approval. I explained that I had the approval letter. They made me fax it to them twice and then they called me again with the same thing about not getting it. I was on the phone with them for 2 1/2 hours and got absolutely nowhere. My insurance company called with me on the phone and we were on hold for another 1/2. I decided to go into the office and when I went there too I got no where. The girl was not even interested in helping. She took the letter and sent it to the same incompetent people. Not even tried to call them to see if they received it. I asked to speak to the office manager. She said he was gone for the day. It was 12. I took it as a sign that I should not go have my procedure here. If I had a problem with my procedure, I would be on my own. I just had to walk out and go to a legit doctor. read more

Sneaky.... Go in for consultation and they say everything is covered 100% by insurance... fast forward a few months later and receive a bill... after an hour on hold being transferred to all different people i am told if I don't pay it they are sending it to collections. Horrible service good thing I didn't go forward with my procedure that I was told is 100% covered under my insurance as well. Who knows what that would of cost. read more

Stay way, they are so unorganized, 1st they lost my testing then when they apparently found it after weeks of searching, they just scheduled appointments without explaining the issue/plan. Then they lie and tell you that you are fully covered then hit you with bills and collection notices. Everyone I talked with in the billing department is rude and unhelpful. Even the doctor was unhelpful when I told him about the issue. He stated he would continue to treat me. Of course he would, they just want to bill you. I will be telling everyone I can about this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! read more
