We have had this appointment scheduled for a month. Her insurance hasn't changed. The office has had her insurance information since she made the appointment. They could have called us at any point prior to 9:25am today and we could seek care elsewhere. The front desk staff are completely incompetent and unprofessional. This is a practice that needs to be absorbed by a bigger hospital organization and ensure competent patient care. We wasted our time and my girlfriend now has delay of care in tending to her active medical issues. Completely unacceptable. Do not go here.

From the friendly receptionists right when you walk in those doors & the security team who locks up your belongings while you're in surgery to the nurses- lots of nurses- they were all very sweet, caring just simply great and my doctor- Dr. Gilbert- an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hand & upper extremity surgery- he is truly amazing. Not to mention, they literally waste no time- I was on the bed, hooked up to an IV within minutes, waited a little while, anesthesia kicked in, the last thing I remember was being in the OR & woke up in the recovery room. The PACU nurse made sure I was OK, gave me graham crackers & water, and even helped me get dressed. I was indeed well taken care of at this Hospital.

Called to find out where else to park, but nobody answers the phone. Office is dark, depressing, dirty, and old. Front desk is beyond rude. They violated HIPAA by stating personal health information out loud so the entire waiting room could hear, until they were patient corrected. The medical assistant was a very nice gentleman, and asked to speak with the MD before confirming cancellation of appointment. MD confirmed office manager was wrong, and practice operations were not as described. MD stated communication is difficult with patients. MD apologized for the front desk, and explained they were having a site visit, so staff was on edge. Is that the patient's fault, an excuse to be rude? A site visit should not change the way your practice operates. How do you run an office with no time, or communication? Miscommunication is the #1 cause of medical errors. This place needs an complete renovation, from the people working there, with the exception of the lovely medical assistant, to the exterior. Everyone working, including physicians, were rude and unwelcoming. Another example of a corporate owned PCP practice, with no time for the patient. You'd think if it was corporate owned, they'd update the place out of the 1970s. They need to update clinicians and staff as well. Stay FAR away!

Another technician that helped out was also very pleasant. Exam was fairly quick. The room, waiting room and restroom were all very very clean. My results were in Mychart the next morning.

I'm glad they could accommodate me Ample parking right out front and cute decor ....semi reminiscent of the 90s tv show ala living single or dougie hauser. I was in and out .
