She mislead us many times, gave us terrible advice, did not make us a priority, asked us to do things for our listing that we had hired her to do, she accidentally deleted our listing without our consent which caused us a lot of issues, her contracts are strictly to favor her and her only, seven days into a contract, buyer backed out due to no income (job), which we found out once WE called our lender, no thanks to any help or guidance from her. The list goes on. Ultimately, we had to terminate our contract with her to help get our military family's, already stressful move, back on track. We hoped she would waive the fee as a courtesy but she continued to harass us and even went behind our back to contact our new title company to get her fee in there. Luckily our new agent and title company were wise enough to remove it once we contacted them. We tried to sort things out privately but ultimately paid her the termination fee to avoid issues with our new closing contract (with new brokerage). We felt like we were a burden to her and not a priority. Please do your research when looking for an agent and avoid dealing with our headache and stress by NOT hiring Perfect Home Realty.
