Called them Friday for a frozen pipe. They said they wouldn't have anything free till Monday or…read moreTuesday. Ok... We called the park we live in, suddenly they were available same day... Deal was if the meter was the issue, park pays. Any other pipe and it is our job to pay for it. Since the water meter has been the issue every time (including the week before when another service wrote a report saying it was the meter) we assumed it was the meter. Once they get there, they claim the meter wasn't frozen. They said they would have to explore the entire house to see where the freeze was, estimating a price of over 300 dollars. They ALSO went around the house taking pictures of our siding (which... doesn't help with frozen pipes) and SHOCKINGLY the park called us to complain that one of our siding pieces was a different color and that we don't have stairs near our side door... We then called another service (the same one that fixed the pipes in 10 minutes last time) and SURPRISE, it WAS the meter. So basically, from my experience, just sketchy all around

They came out and charged me a $119 service charge to set foot in the door. The guy looked thru the peephole and didn't see a flame: then says "I know exactly what the problem is"! He pulls out the gas valve (held in by two screws), takes the nozzle off, pulls out an eye-glass screwdriver repair kit and pulls some cobwebs out of it. I had a Google Nest I wanted installed. He pulls the old thermostat off installs the new one and off he goes. $119+ half hr. of labor. I couldn't get the Nest to work. Bought another thermostat from Amazon which I install myself. Couldn't get that one to work either. So here I go again. Six days later another guy comes out, they waive the service charge, he tells me he's got a thermostat on his truck I "CAN HAVE". I goes, oh, really, then he hesitates and says $50.Charges me for a half-hr labor. $279 total to get some cobwebs removed from the main gas-valve. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AD CALL SOMBODY ELSE
