When I confronted him regarding this accusation, he denied making the statement. He subsequently engaged in an argument with me when I reiterated that I distinctly heard his comment and found his behavior to be discourteous. I subsequently reported this incident to Supervisor Elizabeth. She offered an apology and defended Richard, characterizing the situation as a misunderstanding.

Heck, you get a call to wish you a Happy Birthday on the appropriate day. They'll get refill approvals from your physician for you. THIS is the way to avoid the aggravation you routinely get from Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, etc. if you're insured, it won't make any difference where you go! These people give a sh*t, they at least appear to care about your health. Try them! I doubt you'd be disappointed! Read the reviews for the other pharmacies in town . . . let that be your guide!
