For the past three years, I have been using USA Shuttle exclusively for all shuttle needs. I have used this company for work travel, vacation travel with my family, for airport pickup for my relatives, for early morning drop offs to the airport, for late night airport pickups....ALWAYS on time, no hassle. Vehicles are all emaculately clean, drivers are professional and curteous, phone receptionist has been on-point, patient and helpful with any arrangements needed. For parents, car seats are available if pre-requested; for business travelers, credit cards are welcome and receipts readily available; for solo travelers, you don't have to worry about sharing the shuttle with any other travelers. Highly recommended business and service. read more

Great transportation, friendly driver for our trip to Skamania Lodge! Thanks, Kochar!

I've been using USA Airport Shuttle for a few years now. They charge a fair price, are dependable, always have clean transportation and usually arrive early! I'm so impressed with the booking process and courteousness of the drivers. I would highly recommend!! read more

The timing of my flight out of and into PDX coincided with the worst ice and snow we've seen in the area in years. Dehat got me to the airport safely, and Qasim not only kept an eye on my flight delay to be there when I landed, but also braved the snow and slush to get me back home safely. Truly an impressive effort - I will definitely be using USA Airport Shuttle again in the future! read more

I got great professional service from driver Dereen this morning. He was fast, efficient and courteous as I searched madly for my phone before we departed. It was so refreshing to be treated kindly while I bumbled around searching through my luggage. I'm listing them on my favorites for shuttling to PDX. And an added bonus--they are competitively priced! Tamara read more

If I could rate USA Airport Shuttle higher I would. With my rotational job, having a reliable, dependable, timely ride is a must getting from PDX to home. More is nice but based on pricing (cheap) wasn't expected. However, this company goes waaay beyond minimum expectations.. For example, You can expect the standard email verification response when making a reservation pretty much anywhere . However, Airportn Shuttle will also send a personalized text from your driver the minute your flight hits the ground with directions and a photo of your ride. Then, as soon as Dereen sees you, he is out of his vehicle, settling you into the vehicle comfortably and taking ALL luggage to load himself. The vehicles themselves are ALWAYS immaculate (& I mean cleaner than many new models you see at dealerships.) Dereen is attentive to his customers and their moods... There have been times I just want to sleep during the 30 minute drive to my home and others when I'm wide awake and chatty. As a traveler that is usually up for 36 hours by the time I meet my ride, this is SO nice! If you do enjoy conversation, it is always professional, interesting, and informative. So nice to have in this day and age. And I'm always amazed at Dereen's memory. He remembers his customers and what was said even when it's been a over year between rides. More importantly, when I choose quiet during my ride home, I absolutely appreciate and am grateful that Dereen NEVER utilizes his cell phone. It may be against the law (so you'd think it a no-brainer), but USA Airport Shuttle is the only service I've used that has NEVER once used a cell while driving (outside driving maps). with me as a passenger So thank you. Love that you guys look out for my safety too! Which brings me to the arrival. I always leave in the dark coming or going.. (red eye flights rock). Dereen (and every other driver I've had from USA Portland Shuttle) has never once driven away until they have physically seen me enter my home and close the door. That's a huge unexpected courtesy that means a lot to me!! Last? I live north of PDX. This service originates in Beaverton (and I'm usually the last pickup of a shift due to plane arrival time. Working 12 hour days myself, I would understand if Dereen cut corners such as be driving agressively, speeding , or rushing me at drop off so he could make the long drive back, finish his closing duties and get home to his family. But that never ever happens. (I work in health and safety so I really do notice these things). Dereen drives safely and defensively, treats my shuttle request as though my ride is the most important one of his shift regardless that it's only a $60 fare.. To sum .. USA Airport Shuttle goes above and beyond ANY customer service you'll get elsewhere, the vehicles are spacious and 5 star clean, drivers (Dereen in particular) are timely AND safe, understand what real customer service looks like, exceed expectations at drop off and last but not least.. it's beyond reasonable pricing. Thank you Dereen for treating your customers with the respect you would give family and thank you USA Airport Shuttle as company values and standards are filtered from the top down. I will never use another PDX service (so long as my mother doesn't count) and highly encourage any prospective customer reading this do the same! read more

This was my first time needing a transport to Stevenson, Wa. I ordered a shuttle less than 24 hours before my arrival and was relieved to get a reservation. The instructions for picking up the shuttle were good and I was told that I would receive a text with a missive from the driver. There wasn't one. After waiting a few minutes I contacted the main number and the woman who answered was very apologetic and said she'd contact the driver. I hadn't even disconnected when the driver was calling me to say that he was stuck in traffic and would be there in 15 minutes. After being picked up I was taken to Stevenson without any issues or troubles. My driver was very courteous and talked just enough to make it a friendly drive. I will definitely contact them again should the circumstances require me to hire transport. read more

Outstanding and reliable service! Arrived into Portland Airport and shuttle driver texted/called me that he was waiting. He was a quiet driver but nice... and we arrived at our destination safely. Used this shuttle service from our hotel back to Portland airport. Driver was prompt and called me that he was at hotel. Driver was from Turkey and we enjoyed talking to him. Learned how to say Thank You in his native language. We arrived at the airport safely and on time. If opportunity arises again and I need a shuttle...I will definitely call this company again! read more

I have been using these guys for a few years in the Portland area. Their timing is always dead on. They go out of their way to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. Their rates for long distance shuttles to the airport are great. Ali is especially great. He is kind enough to take a few extra minutes to make a stop on the way between home and the airport or vice versa. This is a top notch shuttle service. read more
