Absolutely TERRIBLE service and experience. They had a contract that we signed for $540 to pick up my car in the morning the following month. 24 hours before, they told me the price has gone up to $1,200!! AND - they wouldn't be able to be there in the morning! I have filed a complaint with the BBB. They cheat their customers, and write promises in their texts - and they do NOT deliver. A signed contract means NOTHING to them! They breached the contract, and they truly DO NOT do what they say they are going to do. If I could give a NEGATIVE STAR - I would! Look at the text where the DAY before the pickup, when they know you are stuck, they breach the contract and raise the rate from $540 to #1,200! read more

If you want your vehicle or towable shipped, this company will come through for you. We needed our travel trailer shipped from another state and looked around for companies that will ship for a reasonable price. Martin Cook went above and beyond for us to get our travel trailer shipped from another state. He was very professional while the other companies (bidders) were not and he delivered what he promised and at the price that was reasonable. The other companies just left us hanging and just wanted us to commit to a contract without giving us concrete information, knowing we had a timeline in getting our trailer shipped. The driver who delivered our trailer was also professional and helpful, even parked the trailer where we wanted it perfectly! The RV arrived in great condition without any dings or issues! The driver was very helpful leaving us a couple of blocks of wood to level the tongue jack when we didn't have any leveling blocks. Very impressed and happy with the services they provided and so impressed by how Martin went above and beyond to make sure we got our RV on time and at a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend! read more

Thought it was a real legit business. Due to "reasons" the driver couldn't make it so another driver wanted double the price. They already deducted money from my credit card. I already made the dispute to get my money back. I wanted to cancel. They said I need to cashapp them $500 to get everything back including my prior payment. What business does this? Clearly a scam. Had another company called me right after and claimed not knowing each other. But the second guy clearly sounded the same as the first guy on the phone. Do NOT use this service. I had a very bad experience this week with them! Larry had quoted me $650.00 as my TOTAL cost to transport a vehicle from Kissimmee, Florida to New York. I asked if this was the total charge including insurance. He assured me that is was the TOTAL Charge, that I would not have to pay anything more that the $650. After the carrier picked up my car, on his way to NY, the carrier called me and said I should call the Broker to clear my delivery. Having no idea what he meant, I called US Pro Logistics and another man, Alex, told me that I owe $250. more for his Broker Fee. I sent him a copy of my Order/contract which denoted $650. TOTAL...and he kept insisting that it did not include their Brokers Fee, and sent me another "Order/Contract change". That I must pay it or the carrier could not deliver my car. If there was a broker fee, it should have been charged from the get go, and be included in the first Order/Contract. How can they legally change the Cost when the carrier is on the way with my car? I am about to research if this is legal. The TOTAL cost is to be quoted in the beginning and state what it covers. This was very disheartening and I was beside myself!!! They give you a quote to hook you and then add on when you vehicle is already on the way with the "threat" that you will not get your car delivered. Not good business! I will not use them ever again, and you should not either! Not a trustful company! Share with friends and relatives! Jose (NY) read more

I thought I was getting a great deal. But, after signing a contract online, and giving them all the info they needed on how big my camper was, they were going to pull from one place in, Colorado, to another. The driver that was dispatched to pick it up. Calls me, and said, he had to change trucks to a 5500 instead of a 3500. Also, he had to do all the work himself to hook it up. So, I had to pay him over 1000 dollars to get it to its destination. Which he had already pulled the camper out of the camper park. I was available to have a conversation with him well before he did any of these things. But, he chose to call me afterwards. He already knew how big it was, and that nobody would be their to help. All he had to do was unplug it, hook it up, push a button to raise the 4 supports, and put away 4 support stands. 20mins tops. Told him that was the deal, and he needed to honor his contract. He said that I could get someone else to come get it, and he would give me his location. Plus, I could barely understand what he was saying through his broken English. After arguing with him for about 10mins. I hung up. Text the dispatcher, and supposedly, he didn't know anything about what was going on. But, when he found out, said, in the contract, any up charge they were not responsible for. I told him that there shouldn't be an uncharge. To tell him to hook it up to the 3500 we agreed on. Which was plenty to pull that camper. My buddy that is selling it to me only pulls it with a 2500. So, he offered me a discount on the little over 1000, and I needed to sign another contract. I didn't. All this time the camper was on its way to where I wanted it dropped off. When it finally arrived at the alloted time. A really young, Mexican, guy was driving. He couldn't speak a bit of English. Spent 20mins trying to back it into the lot. He finally let my son finish it. Which now I have to get someone at the campgrounds to move it over, because my slideouts on one side won't be able to open all the way without hitting the camper next to me. I was tired and just wanted it over with. I felt sorry for the driver, so, met them in between on the money. Thought I was going to loose a camper, that I haven't paid my buddy for yet, and possibly get the police involved. Don't us logistics, or maybe you'll be one of the lucky ones that doesn't have an issue with them. But, I'll never use them, again. read more

Scammers, DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS BROKER. They quoted me $1,100 to ship 2 vehicles from Florida to Ohio. My uncle passed away and we needed to ship his vehicles to Ohio due to his will in giving me his vehicles. This broker quoted me $1,100 with me not giving them my budget. We had a SIGNED CONTRACT for that price. I flew down to Florida the day after he confirmed he had a driver, when I got down there, I called to confirm timing and he said that the price was now $2,400. I told him that was ridiculous and that we no longer had a deal. Said he would drop the price to $2,100, I said no and that we would not be doing business together. Proceeded to call me over 20 times in a period of 3 hours and harass me in to shipping with them and paying a higher rate. I refused and even though I hit decline call, proceeded to keep calling until that night. I spent over $1,000 to travel to get the vehicle shipped including flight, rental car, hotel, etc. and still didn't get my car shipped because they tried to scam me in to paying more money and I refused. Used the same excuses as the other complaints, fuel costs, not having enough vehicles to ship, etc. I am talking with my atty to recoup costs incurred. read more

On August 1, 2024, I received orders to return to active duty and relocate to Fort Cavazos, Texas. I needed to transport my GMC Acadia from New Jersey to Texas and obtained several quotes for the service. After reviewing the options, I decided to go with US PRO LOGISTICS LLC, who offered to transport my vehicle for $600 with 100% insurance, using a dedicated truck and driver. However, after agreeing to the $600 all-inclusive total and paying a $200 reservation fee, I encountered issues. The company failed to pick up my vehicle as scheduled, and I faced difficulties in getting in touch with the driver and the dispatcher. Additionally, the dispatcher asked for an additional $1000 upon delivery, despite our signed agreement for $600. I went through a series of frustrating conversations, with promises of a new pickup date and conflicting explanations for the increased cost due to timing and availability of drivers. I felt that the company's actions were unfair and caused me unnecessary stress and financial strain. I believed they were not upholding their end of the agreement and found their behavior unacceptable. I regret referring others to this company, and I strongly urged for an investigation and appropriate action to be taken against US PRO LOGISTICS LLC. 1437 SIERRA GLEN CIR APEX, NC 27502 USDOT#: 4013288 MC#: MC-1511688 read more

Please do not do business with US Pro Logistics. Go anywhere else. March 2025: I requested a quote for shipping my small Honda suv from the West coast to the East coast and received a very low figure, which should have been my first red flag. I asked about costs, shipping policies, were there any hidden fees, length of time, etc. I decided to book with US Pro Logistics, and they required a payment upfront to reserve a spot. It seemed easy enough. I did this about a week and a half before the actual shipping date. The day my car was supposed to be shipped, about two hours before expected pickup, the broker/representative called me to say that driver availability was "dry" and quoted me a new price that was more than double the original quote. I was frustrated but the new number was in line with all of the other quotes I had received from other companies, and I already had this arranged so I signed the contract to change it. The rep assigned to work with me texted me that pickup wouldn't be available until the next day, then changed it to the same day and argued with me that he had told me the correct information, even though I had it in writing. The driver arrived to pick up my car, completed the inspection, and I asked if they needed any additional information from me before hauling it off. They said no. less than an hour after hauling my car away, the driver texted me requesting payment even though my contract stated cash upon delivery. I contacted the broker to clarify, and he was able to speak to the driver to confirm cash upon delivery. he then told me there was "one more piece of paperwork" that needed to be done in order to clear DoT. I agreed since it was described as paperwork, and believed that I just needed to sign it. upon logging in, there had been an extra $400 added to the contract, more than trippling the amount originally quoted. The broker explained that these were broker/DoT fees. He said he had "forgotten" to mention them, even though I explicitly asked. He also said "I just assumed you knew because you had shipped a car before". I asked all of the right questions before and this information was purposefully left out. He also told me that I needed to "be logical" as the car was traveling 2800 miles, and kept interrupting and talking over me. My frustration stemmed from the fact that none of the communication about cost was upfront, and all came after my vehicle was gone so that I'd be in between a rock and a hard place and forced to pay. He then offered to "pay out of his own pocket" which seemed to be a very sketchy and scammy promise to make, making me feel even more so like I'd been taken advantage of by a scam service. He promised to "try and help on the back end" implying that he could save money in the long run, and of course, that was an empty promise. It really seems like this company lures you in with a competitive low price just to jack up the price at the end of the day. as I explained, I have no problem paying whatever fees/price necessary to receive the service, but I want the company to be transparent about their fees, not assume that customers know what information they are deliberately leaving out, and provide Reasonable quotes to match what they will actually charge you at the end of the day. One of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have had. Thanks to the driver (completely separate company from the broker) my car did arrive in a reasonable amount of time with no damages. The absolute worse experience, no sense of professional responsibility, accountability or commitment to promises. My experience below: Javeria Faheem 1437 Sierra Glen Cir Apex NC 27502-7421 Ticket Number:XXXXXXXXX Dear Javeria I'm very sorry to have to bother you about a service issue with your company, but I have tried multiple times to get this issue resolved but after numerous attempts I felt compelled to reach out to a senior manager/principal at US Pro Logistics in regard to an agreed upon $400.00 credit. Late last year, I received a quote to ship a 1979 Ford F 250 from Phoenix Az to Ma. I was quoted $800.00. When, truck was ready to ship I spoke with "Henry", he indicated I needed to pay $300.00 that evening to secure the price, I did so and signed the contract. The very next day he said he could not honor the price because the payment was not received, I sent him a receipt for the payment and contacted my bank, they relayed the recipient delayed the receipt of the funds. In spite of this he indicated he could not honor the original quote. I even went as far as to ask to cancel the shipment, I was told I'd have to pay a $200.00 cancellation fee. I asked to speak with a manager and spoke with "Alex" he seemed helpful and assured me the quote would be honored if I could wait a couple of weeks, I said I'm in no rush and could wait. At the agreed upon date I called and asked to speak with Alex, he apparently was not available, and I ended up speaking now with "Edward". I relayed the details and he indicated it was not possible to honor the price. I became angry and was turned over to "Russell". Russell explained the $800.00 quote could not be honored. I weighed my options and the fact I'd be losing $200.00 and very reluctantly accepted a revised price of $1600.00 with a verbal promise of a $100.00 credit. The next day Russell called me to report the truck was "overweight" I then paid an additional $600.00, again with a verbal agreement for a $300.00 credit. On November 20th I picked up the truck and paid the transport company an additional $1000.00 as directed by US Pro Logistics, this brought my total expense from a quoted $800.00 to $2100.00, with a promise of $400.00 credited to my account. After truck delivery I tried to reach Russell, in regard to the promised credits, he apparently, was no longer available and I ended up dealing with with a Larry and then an Edward with no success. As a last resort I reported the issue to NC Atty General's office, but they only suggested going to Small Claims court. (During this time I was contacted by Edward who offered a $200.00 credit, I relayed to him I received a professional promise of $400.00 from Russell and that was what I expected). Thank you for listening and please let me know your thoughts and decision regarding this matter, I feel that it should be a Corporate responsibility to honor its employees promises. ************************************************************************************* Needless to say I never received a response to my letter or the agreed upon credit. read more
