The postal workers here are efficient and caring. I have watched them deal with really rude customers and they have been extremely professional. Here they must deal with a tight space, current coronavirus logistical challenges, and community members who range from non-native English speakers to open-carry rednecks to memory-challenged elderly. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR MAIL DELIVERY TO YOUR PO BOX FROM THIS POST OFFICE AND THEY WILL NOT/CAN NOT FIX IT, PLEASE FILE A COMPLAINT. They are not doing their jobs when they are consistently losing people's packages. You can do this through the Portland Department of Consumer Affairs at 503-294-2536 I have my packages delivered to my work PO Box here. Today, I am LIVID. 1. In 6 months, I have had TWO packages that were delivered to the Post Office (per their tracking system), and lost. Just disappeared. From the ACTUAL Post Office. The first time, they tried to make it seem like my fault, and I had to jump through a bunch of hoops and was finally told that the key to the locker my package was placed in was probably put in someone else's PO Box (who, presumably kept/stole my package). Today, the same thing happened and I was given the same explanation. As a method of apology I was told that, as a cost cutting measure, they employed young people who just don't care. Really? Like I care about that. What I DO care about is that now I have to go shopping three days before Christmas Eve to make sure there are children with presents from me under their Christmas tree. Crappy presents because the post office's negligence allowed somebody else to have my packages. Again. And, once again, I was just told, "sorry, we probably made a mistake." End of story. Oh, and as they were looking for my package, another couple came in whose package was "delivered" to their PO Box, but was nowhere to be found. 2. I have also had two packages get marked "undeliverable" because, when I send them, I put our physical address (that UPS and FED EX will deliver to), and on the next line I put our PO Box (that USPS will deliver to). Twice, they did not read the second line on the mailing label to see that I, correctly, put both addresses and would not put the packages in our PO Box. read more

It's a post office. About as post officey as ya can get, with a nice little hometown flavor. The people behind the counter are friendly, and there seem to be enough mailboxes for the small community read more

The people working at this office are so INCOMPETENT! We have only lived here for 3 months and have had 3 packages put into other people's boxes! The whole point of paying for a box is so that your mail doesn't get stolen! But then the employees just give your stuff away! I see this happens to just about everyone in town! Perhaps an employee is deliberately putting things that look like checks and gifts into family members boxes or they just can't friggin read! There should be an investigation on this post office. read more

What is going on?? We continually receive wrong mail. We even received two huge boxes of Christmas gifts - not for us though! We received numerous Christmas cards that didn't belong to us. The address on the packages and envelopes was clear and correct; but delivered to us in error. To top if off, when I came home yesterday there was a pile of mail and packages (one containing diamond earrings for Christmas from my daughter) just openly laying on my front door mat... ALL had been delivered to the wrong address. And the address on the packages and envelopes was clear and correct!! Thank you to my unknown neighbor who brought them to the correct address; which we continually do with many others mail - we drive around and deliver it. Please - Wilsonville Post Office - I hope 2016 is a better year for you to deliver mail correctly. read more
