The mail carriers are accurate and reliable. The ones that have brought items to the door are fantastic...even on weekends. I am happy to recommend the Winston Post Office. They are wonderful!

It wont fit in an empty mailbox so I don't know what they are planning on trying later. Try to call their local number and no one answers. In over 50 calls to them they have answered one single time. Employees will straight up lie to your face. A lady named Maryann or something like that is the worst offender. She claimed she was filling in for the post master and continued lying to my face.

Earlier this year (2025) I opened up a private mailbox with them, and now I visit more frequently. The staff are incredible. They are always friendly, efficient, and quick to answer any questions. I also appreciate that this location sells merchandise from local small business, such as handmade soaps that I like to buy. For whomever it may concern, the parking here is great, and there is a drive-thru available. A covered bike rack is nearby as well, and the suite is accessible by wheelchair.

If you happen to have a PO Box here, be sure to get everything you order online delivered through UPS or FedEx to your house because this postmaster chooses not to allow packages to be delivered through her post office. If you ask for an explaination as to why and you are unlucky enough the post master herself is on the floor, brace yourself she may tell and be extremely unpleasant.

Typically my former local UPS was reliable & friendly. This location has manager Cary calling everyone honey. Yuck. When she called for notary, he literally screamed "I'm on break." Points for the surly customer who made sure to add her two cents. Goofy business. Avoid for your own sanity.
