Had two recent address changes and was asking information how I should go about filling out forms…read moreso I can continue to get mail from both until they were updated. was given the wrong information and stopped receiving my mail completely. called and asked them to hold my mail and I would come pick it up and they even returned that when I was expecting emergency funds. Was trying to get help from them about being able to still get my mail and was told there's nothing I could do instead there smirking I feel that's just as rude as anything and was not apologetic about giving me the wrong information whatsoever. He was very proud to say that his name was Craig.

They aren't anymore expensive than any other shipping/printing store and I have been to a lot of them across the US. In fact, if you read most of these reviews they kinda just look like people who are upset that things cost money. No lady, they aren't going to give you free envelopes because you ask nice, do you get upset if Starbucks doesn't give you free coffee when you ask? There's more though. Apparently some of these folks think that boxes and packing to ship their stuff in is free as well? OMG what a scam! lol. The rest think that because they have an issue with UPS that the local, independently owned branch should resolve UPS corporate issues? Nah. Also the last lady to leave a garbage review apparently doesn't know the difference between sending a letter via a government subsidized service like the US Postal Service and a private carrier with full tracking and a guaranteed delivery date? uhhh, duh. Not to mention, all of these people act like they just dropped things off and paid later. If the price wasn't what you wanted to pay, then why did you do business with them? First, they give free estimates of what it would cost to ship things if you ask. If it's not what you want to pay, then I'd suggest waiting in line at the post office or boxing/printing a shipping label at home. Anyways, don't take my word for it, stop in next time you need to ship something and see for yourself.

I sent a very expensive package back as a return and accidently put in the usps box instead of ups…read more it was put in and it was picked up by the postal service route person per video on both transactions. now it has been almost 2 weeks and it is gone, lost, taken...who knows... know one seems to know where it just dissapeared...something is very wrong and it will be looked into extensively... i am shocked how this can happen from the usps drop box to the postal route vehicle to the usps facility and poof gone.........

With in 5-10 minutes everything was straightened out. He also told me that a change in temporarily doing an address change you have to prove your present address and identify with a ID at the post office.
