This is a small, neighborhood post office - the one-room kind that every small town in America has…read more It's nice to find that kind of small community post office in a bigger city :) There's access (and drop-off mailboxes) on the back side, uphill from the Kroger parking lot in Hillcrest, and walk-in access on Kavenaugh proper. It's so narrow it's easy to miss from either side, but very convenient for those of us who live nearby. They have P.O. boxes for rent, small shipping boxes and envelopes for USPS Priority packages, the usual selection of stamps. But why this location stands out to me is the individual service. There's rarely ever more than one person at the counter to help customers, but there's rarely more than two customers in the place, so things tend to move quickly. But, I've had consistently great service from the folks here, and any letter or package I send from this location seems, almost magically, to get where it's going at least a day before it should. What higher praise can you give a Post Office?

Took a letter to the postmaster in charge at the wildwood, Sherwood, ark office about relocation of…read morethe present drop off box that is hazardous to the postal employees that retrieve the mail amd also for cars exiting the office. Prime location is to move the box back 50-100 ft horizontal with the post office under a present tree . The two young men that accepted the letter were uncaring, one even rolled his eyes , shook his head and turned around and walked off (Kyle) every rude and disrespectful. I am only trying to help all concerned, postal workers and residence . Very hard to get in touch of any officials that work for the postal service too!
