When I called the front desk the lady acted like she could care less that my friend was pregnant and having complications. She said there are more threatening issues. There was a guy who got stung by a bee and was just fine, and not having complications as he was happy and chatting with everyone in the waiting room, and he got to go ahead of her. The front desk lady did not care and pretty much told me good luck with my friend. Sidney needs to either prioritize their patients in the ER, add more rooms, and have more care than what my friend got.

Terrible customer service from Steve in plumbing and his boss, Dave. Just terrible! I needed the…read moregas line hooked up for my brother. I spoke to Steve and started a work order August 4, 2025. His secretary made it sound like work orders were handled as they came in. I called them on October 10th, 2 months later to find out when they would be starting the work. Steve was already gone for the day. I called back on 10/13 and Steve was already gone for the day. I called on the 14th at 8:23 and asked for Steve to call me since he wasn't available then either. He did not. I called on the 16th. No Steve. I called again on the 17th at 1:35 only to find out Steve was gone for the weekend already. I finally was able to speak to Steve on the 20th, 11 weeks after initiating a work order. When asked when he would be starting the work at my brother's place, his response was rude and snarky. He told me that "He _was _ busy!!" And I'm sure he was busy in late October dealing with sprinkler systems before it freezes BUT that's not my problem. I explained that we had been waiting since August for the work to start. I asked him if it was because it was a little job, or that I was a woman trying to care for her brother, or if he lost it, or if he would rather cater to larger contracts. Again he told me that he was busy. Then he lied to me. He said he went up there once and the doors were locked. The doors only had deadbolts on them and at the time they were drilled out. I told him it was a lie but he doubled down on it, offering an assistant as proof. When we finally got around to discussing the job, he didn't have the work order with him and guessed at what needed to be done. So annoying! I asked him to call me when they finished so I could ask questions about the heating system. Of course! I'd be happy to. No problem. Did he call? No. I had to call the office to find out they needed a part. Then I had to call a week later to find out if they ever installed the part. Apparently on October 27th when I CALLED THEM AGAIN, it turned out they were done. Had Steve called me like I requested? Hell no. I decided to speak to a supervisor now that the work was done. I didn't do it earlier because I was concerned Steve would take even longer if he was called out by his boss. Turns out, his boss Dave from the Sugar Factory, is just like Steve. Mmm hmm. That's not good. Lots of lip service about looking into and getting back to me. But has Dave ever called back? No. He gave me his cell phone number - why - I was wondering- do I need to call him for the follow up? Shouldn't he call me? It's November 7th, 3 months and 4 days since I initiated service with them and I still haven't heard back from Dave. Agri Industry has terrible customer service. I will do my best to NEVER use their plumbing services again. Just disgraceful. This is why people give up on small town businesses and go elsewhere.
