I do not recommend this hospital's ER. My friend sat in the waiting room for over 4 hours waiting to be seen. No one came to check on her at all. When I called the front desk the lady acted like she could care less that my friend was pregnant and having complications. She said there are more threatening issues. There was a guy who got stung by a bee and was just fine, and not having complications as he was happy and chatting with everyone in the waiting room, and he got to go ahead of her. The front desk lady did not care and pretty much told me good luck with my friend. Sidney needs to either prioritize their patients in the ER, add more rooms, and have more care than what my friend got. read more

Stay far away from Sidney Health Center! You're in for the fight of your financial life when you choose this facility! They make billing errors a common practice, and their CEO was recently fired for this mess. That won't stop them from billing you thousands of dollars over your insurance plan out of pocket and you will spend endless hours on the phone trying to unravel this. Secondly and most importantly, despite what you may instruct and order them to do, they will not bide by staying in your insurance network and you will be balanced billed for thousands more! They will send your pathology needs to an out of network facility and that hospital or clinic will balance bill you and you are stuck with owing that bill! If you enjoy driving a hundred or more miles to get to Sidney and then find out that they bungled your scheduled appointment date, they will argue with you until you prove to them via your appointment card you indeed have been scheduled. Do not expect quick health service and if you do get in to see a doctor your visit will last all of 2 minutes. Waited 3 months for them to submit for an MRI from the insurance company. They will send the police to your work to serve you if you don't pay your bill on time. Stay alive go to Glendive or Williston read more
