Kimberling City, MO US and then at the end of the day, the Amazon status was Package arrived at a carrier facility Kimberling City, MO US. This seems to be the normal for this post office as others were in the building with a similar issue. It's terrible the way one has to go to Amazon for updates to know when you have to go retrieve your own package that was supposed to be delivered. And if it's a large package, no matter if it says out for delivery it is never sent. The Amazon tracking said it was attempted delivery about 15 min before I went to the post office and picked it up. I would not recommend for anything important or critical or needed by a schedule. The staff are friendly and help when you come in.

Shell Knob post office oversees the Golden post office, but won't answer their phones, and don't care enough to make sure the Golden post office is staffed. They make suggestions for best transport and price. They are very patient as well. I rarely see a line but the odd times that there was a line, they made sure to greet each customer and make the wait seem like nothing at all. They are super quick and even the mail person that comes to the house is extremely nice! They truly seem to care about what you're sending and receiving.

Was greeted by a very friendly man at the counter who was also quick and helpful. The clerk noticed this postcard was from the Daisy Museum in Roger. I love small town folks because I will get their opinions whether I want them or not - but usually they are insightful. Paid $.61 for a dang postcard stamp. I forgot they were that much. Lol. It got to our house a couple days later.

They were delivered to.the wrong address then redelivered to the wrong address again. Filed multiple claims only to be denied even though there was proof of misdelivery. Also, the mail carrier on my street is always on her phone and doesn't like to get out of her vehicle to deliver packages. Instead she jams them into the tiny mail box, breaking it and the items in the packages. My neighbor bought a new mailbox only to have it broken within a week. No respect and deliveries take much longer than necessary due to laziness.
