From what I've read, some thy aren't an authorized Apple dealer thy aren't using apple parts so that voids any warranties insurances etc. so I am unable to get into apps, passwords or anything because I need Face ID and I can't disable it because I need to use it to disable it. From what I've learned I need to buy a new phone and this phone is worthless now. I planned on getting a new phone next year because new updates do t work on the 11 anymore anyway but I wasn't ready to do it yet. Make sure you disable Face ID before having them work on your phone or you'll be screwed like me.

He ordered the battery and replaced it for a standard price (I had asked around). My mom is so happy that she doesn't have the expense or frustration of getting used to a new phone.

The technician called me and said it was also low on Freon but that was to be expected because these units regularly leak Freon. After paying him $830 a friend of mine told me that that is baloney that these are closed systems and there must be a leak. I called them back they sent someone out determined there were two leaks (why didn't they figure that out in the beginning?) and that it would cost another $1830 to fix the leaks. Understandably wary, I contacted another company who came out and fixed the system for $820 total. They also told me that the parts were covered by warranty which Aire Serve neglected to mention. I believe with all my heart that they were taking advantage of what they thought was a stupid elderly woman. I am a realtor in the Branson area and I love helping my clients find good reputable companies. This is not one of them.

They sealed the house and placed mostly sticky traps, but mice continued coming in through the same area we originally called about. Cleanup and follow-up were inconsistent, technicians sometimes showed up unannounced and blamed the office for not calling, and there seemed to be an excuse whenever we raised concerns. We eventually went back to old-fashioned snap traps ourselves and caught more mice that way. In the end, we had to seal the gap in the closet ourselves with spray foam to stop the motion-detector light from coming on at night (which means the mice stopped coming in). Most disappointing, my mom had recently lost her husband and has significant vision limitations. She hired professionals because she needed help and trusted their assurances. I feel the service was misrepresented and that she was taken advantage of during a vulnerable time. I would not recommend this company.
