My husband was being somewhat of a jerk and the guy working behind the counter remained pleasant the entire time. Andrew and…read moreChandler were to install an EV charger and they noticed that a wire from the meter was melting and diagnosed the problem as a loose connection. They recommended I contact APS... who arrived pretty quick - turns out those type of issues inspire 1st responder like "show up times"... Andrew, Chandler and Jim (APS tech) - worked together to replace the melted wire and insured the connection was secure. This was a serious issue, so much so that in cases like this, Jim is required to deactivate power to the property until the wire is repaired. In addition to the potential of causing a house fire, the issue could have caused a wildfire (the property is at the base of Granite Mountain). Thank guys - you're life savers!
