I am an indoor gardener and have been waiting for some very important seeds to arrive, which were to be delivered yesterday at my home, but NEVER showed up! Now, this morning when I re-check the tracking for another update, I find that they have attempted to cover their lame asses by claiming that they were picked up at their office yesterday at 12:15. So I knocked on the door and the woman with brown hair said they were closed, there is a sign ont he door that says lobby closes att 1145. WHY then is it posted 12 noon online AND the man i spoke to said 12?????? The woman did open the door and accepted the package, and I'll be checking to ensure they checked it in. Its not bad enough they cant get a 2-day priority box to a recipent in underr 12 days ( that was the last package), they cant even honor their hours!! frustrating!

The person behind the counter is always helpful and knows the best options to send even the most oddly shaped packages. The parking is ample for this post office and town size. The only issue I have had in the past? They're closed from 11:30am-1pm during regular business days (no counter service...the facility is still unlocked). Go get your stamps and send your stuff...but make sure you don't show up around (standard) lunch time if you need to interact with a person.

The post office was easy to find, pretty modern and I had a very short line wait. I was treated with courtesy and service was timely and efficient. It was also pretty full by the time I turned around to leave. Perhaps this employee was no longer there ? Parking is very difficult which is fine with me because I walk there. The lack of access translates to a lack of patronage which means there is rarely a line. The employees are friendly, unlike in most cities where they have an instinct for sliding a "closed" sign in front of their position just as you get to the head of the line. The Saratoga Post Office offers live music on New Years Eve and a special North Pole franking on Victorian Streetwalk night. What more could you want? They have all kinds of stationary and office supplies that you can buy, little gifts, locally made produce like jams, jellies, maple syrup, honey and the list goes on!
