My mail has not been delivered correctly for over a month. I have an app that shows what mail to expect, but it is never delivered.

A complete piece of crap Post Office. They deliver what they want when they want. If they don't want to be bothered or the package is heavy or awkward they just mark it undeliverable or placed on hod by addressee. ?What happened to US mail? read more

The park hills post office is the most frustrating post office to deal with I have ever encountered. The posan continually refuses to bring my packages, packages yhat are essential to my daily living. It took over a week just to get through on the phone the first time, packages are said to be at the bonne terre post office and never are, when I talked to staff they were incredibly rude and made me drive all the way there instead of giving it to bonne terre which is 5 minutes from me, they waste my time by saying it's in bonne terre but it never is. The reason for holding says I told them to hold it which is a blatant lie, the next 7 times this has happened the staff just keeps getting more and more rude and at this point I feel like they have some sort of vendetta with me. The venom they spew is so unprofessional, rude and incredibly inconvenient. I dread picking up my packages as the agile at the desk hands me my packages and completely ignores any questions I have about how to make this stop. The staff at bonne terre tried to help me locate my packages and the park hills office doesn't even respond to them. If I could, I would tell Amazon NEVER to use them again!! read more

The postmaster and employees of this office are arrogant, lazy government employees. They never answer their phones and have unacceptable customer service. They treat their customers like garbage. They figure they are not employed by us but by the US government. There is no accountability in this office. My packages are always lost or late. If they would at least answer their phones. I never use the usps because they are not reliable and don't care. Unfortunately I purchase items on ebay and sellers often use usps because it is cheap but more often than not my packages end up stolen by some black employee in Hazelwood Missouri and never gets to Park Hills or Farmington Missouri. read more
