They had told us that everything was paid and finalized on the day we called to pay the balance...months ago. After I told them this, they back peddled and told us that our wording during the call of "we want to pay our balance for the treatment" was why the inspection fee wasn't included.....so because we didn't say the word "inspection", they decided to NOT include that fee until now and send me emails and phone calls demanding more money. Just complete incompetence from a business that is unprofessional and instead of admitting they incorrectly charged a customer, blamed the customer for not using proper wording when calling to pay their balance. Oh, but at least they waived the 3% charge for paying with a credit card this time...ha!
