Earlier this year (2025) I opened up a private mailbox with them, and now I visit more frequently. The staff are incredible. They are always friendly, efficient, and quick to answer any questions. I also appreciate that this location sells merchandise from local small business, such as handmade soaps that I like to buy. For whomever it may concern, the parking here is great, and there is a drive-thru available. A covered bike rack is nearby as well, and the suite is accessible by wheelchair.

Much to my surprise, Sherry THE OWNER, called my house DRUNK at 2 in the morning telling me they were selling my possessions at an Auction at 8am in the morning, and if I "wanted my stuff" that I had better come down early in the morning to bid on it.The very next day, I paid up IN FULL per my payment arrangement with Valentin.Apparently, when she fired Valentin, she null and voided all payment arrangements without the benefit of notifying the people who had them. NO business should call their customers at 2am. Especially,when you are so DRUNK you can barely speak english. Her new office boy says that she is going to make a practice of calling people in the middle of the night. If she would have left a msg on my machine, DURING business hours, I would have happily called her back. I have given could recommendations to this business in the past, prior to this woman taking over ownership. Never again! Stay away from Busy Bee Mini Storage. I have been a customer there for over 5 yrs. Paid $1000's of dollars towards storing my stuff. I am removing my things today and moving them to a better, more professional behaving business.

I mentioned it to my husband after a while and he tried to unclog it with a plunger -_- I went downstairs to the basement to get something out of our freezer and there was water dripping literally all over, right under where the sink is above. At that point it was well after five and I searched for emergency services, I got ahold of someone who referred me to Go 2 Guys. They picked up right away and were at an event feeding the homeless, I felt terrible for asking for help, but they agreed to come out and help us after we explained what was going on, even though they were busy, it was after hours and the day before a major holiday. Go 2 Guys was a literal life saver I can't imagine how much it would have cost to fix monday if they had not come out and resolved our issues. So grateful and what they charged us, a family of six with four children, on a fixed income, was so generous considering the time, day and situation. I would hands down recommend using this business 110%, reliable, generous, all around wonderful.
