I had a funny feeling about the advice that I received here, and I should have listed to my inner voice before I handed over this vacation treasure. Thankfully, the package was insured. The next time, a fat younger woman in a mask (in March 2023...) shows up at 8:10, finally gets around to opening the door before turning from me without a word and going into the back while I wait. When she comes out, I tell her I need to print a page, and she has me email it (which is exactly what they always do). "Just did," I say with a smile. Then she acts like I'm being impatient, because "the computer's not going yet, so you'll have to wait". Then she charges me $2.24 to print that one page, "because you emailed it." Well, I won't make that mistake again...next time I'll use literally any office store on the planet to make my 25 cent print, and won't have to risk a rude no-show who overcharges. Maybe the nice lady can explain that to the brat.

He called her and she told him that it would be at least 45 minutes before she would be there. Horrible work ethic.

Things to know: * Store front parking is limited to 20 minutes * The partnership with Amazon, and maybe other services) isn't rock solid. Amazon telling us that no label printing is required and having UPS contradict this and charge for printing in some instances. * The shared parking lot can be tricky to get out of. An option is to use the exit behind the hardware store to avoid street traffic on Beaver Avenue.

The store was kind enough to package the items but after I left as they were busy. My sister texted me on Nov 21 that she received the package. At that point I had no concerns so I ditched the receipt. Yesterday Christmas 2025 I was talking to my sister and the present sent in Nov came up. What I had sent was a lighted display and a small bag containing multiple small (about 1") figurines of various items that were purchased in hospital gift shop. What she received was lighted display only. I can only guess that at some point before the packaging and sealing and sending that the small items were removed and reside in someone's house but not my sisters. BAD UPS. BAD!
