I had my slip as I stood in line. The lady behind the counter was kind and helpful. I provided my ID and slip to her as she located my mail quickly. The parking lot is small but the lot is busy.

The clerk was helpful and polite, she didn't seem entirely sure of her answer, but she did give me guidelines of the federal offense. It's our house, but her mail. She was going to give the information to her supervisor. I understand it's probably not something that comes up real often, and she will check into it.
