Current employees are friendly. Packages can still be an issue. You have make sure you track your packages and not rely on the yellow indicator in the PO Box as they will send unclaimed packages back to the sender after 10 days. Also if the address is not perfect, they'll reject the package. Thankfully Amazon has started delivery directly to houses in the area. Also Walmart and CVS will deliver directly to homes.

Needless to say, staff is very rude and unhelpful and we will not be returning. I truly believe the employees would benefit from a professionalism in the workplace class.

So if you have an issue that can't be solved by an automated voice and menu then you will never be able to get it solved. So then when you go to another PO phone number to solve it higher up you will jump through many menu questions only to finally hear them tell you to hold on while "they" check for the availability of an agent. Then instead of connecting you with an agent it disconnects. THREE TIMES. OK GET THIS! I had a package of medicine sent from Amazon to an address that I've been sending Amazon packages to for months. The address is a regular one in my amazon address list. The package was not delivered on Sunday like it was suppose to be. Checked the tracking number. It said that it wasn't delivered because only the City and State was on the label not the name and street address. I spent all morning being incredibly frustrated trying to solve the problem only for the package recipient to finally have to physically take her two toddlers with her to the post office to be told that THE MAIL CARRIER DIDN'T FINISH HIS OR HER DELIVERY ROUTE SO JUST WENT BACK TO THE POST OFFICE AND MADE UP THE EXCUSE THAT THE ADDRESS WASN'T ON IT. Our driveway is 1/4 mile long, and we had my grandfather visiting (whose health is declining), so it is incredibly important that emergency services are able to reach our cottage should the need arise. I called the direct business line and the owner himself (Michael) answered, at 11:15 pm on a Tuesday, mind you, and personally arrived less than an hour later to plow us out. He even shoveled our steps and pathway. I can't remember the last time anyone has gone so far above and beyond the call of duty....and we had just signed up with them a couple of months prior. When I was notified that my package was undeliverable and landed at the Sunapee Post Office, the postmaster rudely lectured me that he was quick to send any "undeliverable packages" back because, "frankly, (he's) not paid to hold packages at (his) facility." Unbelievably unhelpful.
