His worst fear is having an accident in public (sorry for the gist of this review, but its needed :( Anyway, my Dad had an emergency need at this Restore and was told he couldn't use the bathroom. He was polite. He asked my mother to ask again and explain his situation. She did, but same response. At this point my father is in near panic attack. I politly explain again and nearly beg for help. We were told to "take him across the street, in the wood behind that truck". These people represent humanity? REALLY?? If there's karma, I pray it comes hard and fast at this sad sack characters

U-Pack is a god option to use when moving if you want someone else to drive your household goods…read moreand furniture to your new house. Granted, you have to load the trailer but they will give you several days and you aren't paying daily rental fees unlike U-haul. I think we had four days to load the trailer. With that being said, it's a little more difficult to load these trailers because the deck height is about four feet. They do provide a ramp but it is quite heavy and it takes two people to put it up and store it. Keep in mind that this is actually an ABF freight trailer and if you don't take up the entire trailer with your furniture, they may put other freight in the trailer although you install bulkheads with your own locks that will separate your furniture from any of their freight. It was actually a pretty good move so I was definitely satisfied.

I'd give it one star were it not for some positive experiences with the people who work there when I have to go there, which I do as rarely as possible because they often have lines backed out the door.
