They are friendly and will go out of their way to help you, whether it's making a recommendation for packaging or helping you track a missing package. I've never had a problem with mail or a package being lost or mislaid. There is no street delivery out of this office, it's all PO boxes, but they will hold any package that doesn't fit in the box. I have a street delivery address out of our regional post office, but only use it for things that require a physical address, like government correspondence. The annual PO box rental fee is definitely worth the convenience and improved service of this local post office.

They have all arrived in a timely manner and never with any damage. I had a friend send me artwork the other day and they came today. Again nothing was damaged even though they were framed in glass!
