Well I know it won't do any good, but I'm writing this anyway. The Mayfield UT post office used to…read morebe great, however, since the new postmaster was hired, it's horrible. Mary is rude and snarky. She acts like everything is a chore and seems to go out of her way to be rude. Just buying one stamp is an outrage to her. I asked to purchase one stamp and she acted like I was putting her out. This is her JOB so DO IT MARY!! Another instance: I received a notice that I had a package to pick up, however, I couldn't go in during the hours that she was open. I called and asked her to please put it in a pick-up box. She gave a long sign, and sarcastically answered "Yeah, I guess so." Then she hung up. From now on, I'll be giving my business to the Gunnison or Manti post office just so I can avoid dealing with snarky Mary.

What an awesome Post Office…read more It was all brass railings and old style, PO Boxes with the windows. I wandered through slowly admiring everything I could while trying not to look like a strange, grinning lunatic. I loved it. And about 5 seconds after I walked out the door I remembered I was still holding the letter that I went in there to send.

I am sure you will remember to hit the post office in Emery Utah! Don't blink or you will miss it…read more It's right across the street from THE gas station and snack shop. And a nice bathroom nearby. I took a postcard over here and figured mailing it from Emery Utah would be cool and random for my friends at work. It was also the only address I have memorized, so my friends and family were probably pretty hurt I didn't think of them, but that's what e-mail is for. Anyway they were friendly here and mailed it off for about .30 cents. Let's hope post offices don't all close. This one had people coming and going as I was there.

She said she got the files and agreed to me saying I was on my way. But then when I got there, she said she wouldn't be making any printouts because of the limited time was remaining (about 10 minutes). The store was still open, getting there just 15 minutes after I called and said I was on my way should be acceptable, and she agreed to me coming by. She then agreed to make the printouts, but she just printed out one paper apiece for each of the files. As the files themselves should have indicated, since Kopy Katz would want to increase their sales, and as there was going to be more than one printout for most of the files (reason would say that at least many of them would need more than one printout), it's mystifying to me why she didn't ask how many copies I needed. Also, there was time to spare after she made the printouts. Thus, her complaint about time even if the store wasn't open doesn't seem to have had a point. And more printouts could have been made even if she wasn't willing to stay open to gain more revenue/because the customer arrived before closing time and because it just so happened that the business/transaction wasn't yet complete, as stores routinely do in my experience.

We brought a thumb drive in with roughly 105 sheets we needed printed. The owner stated he would get to it at a certain time. It was done earlier than proposed. We ended up coming back a couple more times in that same day due to lack of internet at the site we were at. When we got the receipt, we thought that they had messed up on the price. It was cheaper by a landslide than other print shops we have been to. I would highly recommend this shop. The print quality was some of the best I have seen. Bring your business here.

I had a flat tire on I-215 and after jacking up my car and taking off the lug nuts, the flat tire…read morewould not come off the hub after repeated kicking and hitting with the lug wrench. I called 911 and they transferred me to the highway patrol. Within a short time a motorcycle officer arrived but did not have any equipment. He called for an incident management unit. He stayed for a while and then had to leave. Soon a highway patrol car arrived and tried to get the wheel off but it was not budging. The incident management truck arrived and they had a large hammer. The wheel still was not coming off. One of the patrolman had the idea to turn the wheel sharply so it could be struck from the backside and the wheel finally came off. I got the wheel changed. The incident management guys topped off the air in my spare and I was able to get back on the road again. The highway patrol officers and the incident management guys were awesome! Thank you very, very much!
